I was grandfathered into the trailer park under the old management. The trailer park is a 55 and older community New Management Sun community bullies and harasses people that have been grandfathered into this park. They wreck your yard and falsely claimed that you had a water leak, they put a bitch letter on your door, telling you to fix your lawn even all that they are the ones who destroyed it and tells you it's your responsibility to fix it. Even though they destroyed it by either when they put the new septic tanks, or because it got you had water main break. They tell you to fertilize your yard and plant grass seed down even all that they would want destroyed it. This trailer park is a 55 and older community after the new management took over. Wildwood even bullies and harrasses elderly, even though that this is supposed to be a 55 and older community. They tell you to fix things on your trailer when some of these people in this park don't have that kind of money to fix certain things on the trailers. Some people have jobs don't pay enough to be able to fix your trailer. Especially when our economy is in an inflation right now. Most people's money goes to bills, food and and put gas in their cars. They have no understanding that people may not always be able fix up the trailers. They bully and harrass that grandfathered, because they want to get rid of them. They don't understand that some people I have no choice but to live here. If you like bullying and harassment this is a perfect place for you. When I say this is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are not responsive. I've probably called Jason the manager 10 times in the last month trying to get my security deposit back. They told me 45 days it's been 40 days. I'm not sure why we're waiting for the 45 days. We had mold in our bathroom. They took over a month to try to get that fixed. We had no hot water for a month just awful. They really don't care about you and they only care about money and I will continue to spread the word because these fake five star reviews are not it. They also blocked me on Facebook because I let people know not to rent through them. I've rented through them twice actually and both times was an awful experience any maintenance issues they take their time with it and when they do fix it it's just a Band-Aid to hide the major problems, money hungry company and it's so sad that it's located in Sandwich, knowing that the people of Sandwich are good people and deserve a nice place to live for the money that they expect to charge. I've also included some damage from the apartment in 302 S Ottawa Street in Earlville that they half ass fixed. We moved in an August pipe started leaking in August October November, December, January, February, March, April...... black mold included

Everyone says the samething about you so we can't all make this up. Yes we started looking for a house we didn't think you guys deserved anymore of our money since we had to call every few weeks to have you come fix something or fix the samething. You steal all of your tenanats deposit and it's sad but god will deal with you.

Nikki is the rarest of all realtors…read more.. She knew everything about every house we visited, could tell us any detail about the neighborhood, answered every question we had, responded within minutes to texts and emails, but most importantly, and what puts her head and shoulders above most other realtors... She cares. I mean, truly cares about your experience and getting the right home at a perfect price for you. This was the first house my wife and I have ever bought. We were nervous and excited. We worked with another realtor (and lender) before meeting Nikki and our experience with this other person was very poor. They rushed us through every house, wasn't prepared, and consistently looked pissed that we hadn't bought a house with them yet (after looking at maybe 10). Nikki matched our energy and brought exciting homes to the table. Prepared everything ahead of time. Took her time and gave us her undivided attention. On top of that, she recommend a lender who was able to bring our interest rate down from 5.8% to 3.8%. And, of course, she helped my wife and I find a spectacular house in our budget next to the lake that is still too-good-to-be-true. Is she the best? Yes. But don't take my word for it... Call her right now and let her find you your dream home. I'm glad I did.

From what I heard from her she seems very selfish as she would not help her seller out to lower their commission rate agreement if she were to be a dual agent for a buyer and a seller, even though it's a lot less work being able to represent the buyer and the seller. I think this is very selfish. She sounds nice on her voicemail but in my opinion that is very deceiving. Buyers and sellers beware, you don't want to see these true colors.

The report itself was very clear and thorough, and I appreciated that the priority areas were summarized together at the front of the report. This made it so easy for us to review and determine what was a big concern to us (or not). Jeremy was great answering any questions we had during the inspection and super responsive to any questions after we received the report. We opted to do a few of the add on services (sewer scope, mold, radon), and Jeremy coordinated everything seamlessly. Would absolutely use their services again!
