I was grandfathered into the trailer park under the old management. The trailer park is a 55 and older community New Management Sun community bullies and harasses people that have been grandfathered into this park. They wreck your yard and falsely claimed that you had a water leak, they put a bitch letter on your door, telling you to fix your lawn even all that they are the ones who destroyed it and tells you it's your responsibility to fix it. Even though they destroyed it by either when they put the new septic tanks, or because it got you had water main break. They tell you to fertilize your yard and plant grass seed down even all that they would want destroyed it. This trailer park is a 55 and older community after the new management took over. Wildwood even bullies and harrasses elderly, even though that this is supposed to be a 55 and older community. They tell you to fix things on your trailer when some of these people in this park don't have that kind of money to fix certain things on the trailers. Some people have jobs don't pay enough to be able to fix your trailer. Especially when our economy is in an inflation right now. Most people's money goes to bills, food and and put gas in their cars. They have no understanding that people may not always be able fix up the trailers. They bully and harrass that grandfathered, because they want to get rid of them. They don't understand that some people I have no choice but to live here. If you like bullying and harassment this is a perfect place for you. Wildwoods is a terrible I would not wish my worst enemy live here.

Here was our situation: A few years back we moved and were unable to sell our old home - after 8 months of paying 2 mortgages we knew we had to do something. I called Mike at TCPM and he came out to meet with me. He was very honest, he did not try to "convince" me to rent our property, but he (literally) sat on the floor in the empty house with me for an hour, discussing or options. We decided to try to find tenants - and we did. We make no profit on the property but Mike was able to get a good rate to make sure that our mortgage payment is 95% covered. We had mold in our bathroom. They took over a month to try to get that fixed. We had no hot water for a month just awful. They really don't care about you and they only care about money and I will continue to spread the word because these fake five star reviews are not it. They also blocked me on Facebook because I let people know not to rent through them. I've rented through them twice actually and both times was an awful experience any maintenance issues they take their time with it and when they do fix it it's just a Band-Aid to hide the major problems, money hungry company and it's so sad that it's located in Sandwich, knowing that the people of Sandwich are good people and deserve a nice place to live for the money that they expect to charge. They rushed us through every house, wasn't prepared, and consistently looked pissed that we hadn't bought a house with them yet (after looking at maybe 10). From what I heard from her she seems very selfish as she would not help her seller out to lower their commission rate agreement if she were to be a dual agent for a buyer and a seller, even though it's a lot less work being able to represent the buyer and the seller. I think this is very selfish. She sounds nice on her voicemail but in my opinion that is very deceiving. Buyers and sellers beware, you don't want to see these true colors.
