Really dont want go here again, I drop my watch off for a battery to be replace it took over three weeks, cause they let the watch be taken to another location, I stop in several times to pick up my watch at the time they promised that it will ready for me to pick up, had to keep calling until after three weeks they finally got my watch back to the location where I drop it off at. If I love to be a hundred I will never entrust them again. read more

Formally known as Morgan Jewelers, we are excited to announce the transition to Lake Jewelers! All the friendly faces and great customer service you have known to trust all these years, with an exciting new look! Come see exciting new pieces from designers from all over the world and custom one of kind pieces made by Master Jeweler Richard MacPherson. This 32 year establishment is getting a new face lift and improvements such as an onsite repair department. That's right, the jewelers that have been behind the scene are now setting up shop on location.

Meet the Business Owner: Jennie and Richard M.

Jennie Hendrick was the Manager of Morgan Jewelers for 5 years, in the Jewelry business for 35 years. She absolutely loves jewelry and has a passion for customer service. Genuine and trustworthy! Richard is the owner of MacPherson's Diamonds & Designs in Concord, NC. Richard has earned the title of Master Jeweler with over 40+ years of experience and being able to professionally do every aspect of jewelry repair, custom design, casting and fabrication. When the previous owner announced that they would be retiring, Jennie and Richard decided to continue the business in Albemarle. It's the same friendly faces and the great customer service you have learned to trust.

They DID have my watch. They apologized but I wasn't even mad. So I picked it up. It cost me $165 to have it fixed. Then last night when I was taking it off the band fell apart. Starnes watches are expensive but worse quality than what you get at Wal-mart.
