We bought bedroom furniture on may 15th and was told it would be here in 3 weeks. It never arrived…read more We called and they said they put it on back order and it would be another 4 weeks. But per their contract they were supposed to reach out and never and let us know that and give us the option to cancel. They never reached out. We went into the store to cancel the order so we could get a refund. We were new to Alabama and needed a bed. We were told we would get a refund within 10 to 14 days. We never received a refund and were talking We spent real close to 5,000.00 dollars of our money in their store. We called the store several times and called ashley customer service. And then we were told by Leonard a manager at ashley to never call the store again! At that time we filed a report to Alabama attorney General and filed in small claims court. On August 10th we received a hand written check for way less than the amount we spent. Took it to the owners bank and was informed they couldn't cash it due to insufficient funds!!! So now we are going to court over this! I have never dealt with anything like this! Horrible management!!! And the owner to write a hand written check we couldn't even cash! At this point I would consider this theft on Ashley's part! They literally stole our money

The masks are obviously there simply for decoration. I left my mask at home and came to this Ross and walked in. I saw the boxes of masks and asked for one so I could shop and she said no. I asked could I still shop and she said no. The drive was pointless. It would be best if masks could simply be given out during these times, because they're definitely not around for decoration. :/

I reported it to the manager who said it couldn't possibly be an employee because employees have to be rung up by management. The employee who rang up the other, simply got the manager's number and typed it in.
