Dr. Mortensen is wonderful! I've only been to see him twice. He really knows what he is doing and I like the way he treats people. Not just me but the other patients and his staff. I went in because I hurt my back and could barely move. Dr Matt told me he was a preferred Dr with my insurance. I thought it would be great and I could get my back fixed with my insurance taking most of the cost. I go back the next day and am told my insurance declined my claim and that he will give me a discount for the insurance declining my claim. Over $6,000 if I pay in full right now. Told him I will think about it and have an answer the next day. Well I called my insurance company and no claim was filed with them. The Dr lied right to my face. There is no way I could deal with him after that. Now I question if what he told me is what is really what is going on with my back or if its something else. I have found another chiropractor and will see what happens there. No matter what I would not recommend or step foot in his office again. read more

Honestly I couldn't have gone to a better place. The staff is so friendly and kind, the office is very welcoming and surely caring. I was in a bad accident and my injuries were quite difficult to deal with at first. By going to this chiropractic facility I think that I've improved physically and mentally. All the machines they put me on and that I've done since the accident I think my body has improved and I'm definitely not as stiff or in dire pain. Had an appointment set up by the VA. I went to the appointment and the older woman at the desk knew my name, welcomed me, and when she asked for my insurance card I responded that it was made through the VA. She stated that she had called the VA back the day after the appointment was made and cancelled it. When asked why, her response was that "it was not beneficial to their office" to treat Veterans! With an attitude towards veterans like this office has, it's not "beneficial" for this veteran or any other veteran to use this establishment! read more
