This place is eggscellent! Great market with lots of eggs, cheese, meat, poultry prepared food and interesting gourmet type food. They have weekly specials so you can save money too! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I loved seeing all the farm animals when you pull up. Goats, cows, lots of chickens, ducks, geese[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The chicken coops are near the store entrance. The white chickens and brown color chickens appeared to be in different sides of the coop[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. They had lots of eggs so you know I had to go home and google if brown chickens lay brown eggs. Haha [[HIGHLIGHT]]The market is currently being remodeled and they are expanding so they had some coolers emptied but assured me if I wanted could not find an item they probably had it in back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was very friendly and asked me a few times if I needed help finding something. Probably because I was walking around gawking. They carry a lot of products that are local or free of additives. They also carry homemade items. Amish Farmer type of products. I bought baked beans with apple and ham. Sort of baked beans meets apple butter. I was torn between their heirloom balsamic tomatoes, tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes. Since they had produce 50 percent off I bought fresh okra to add to the stewed tomatoes. Some items are in the frozen case and others were just refrigerated. I had previously signed up for their weekly email specials because when anyone is looking for local meat or food, Lake Meadow is always mentioned. I traveled on 429 getting off at the West Road exit and the farm is just east of that. I am sure there is a toll free way to get there too. I got just a handful of items but I look forward to going back and doing some serious shopping. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had a dog under a tree that seemed to be guarding the ducks and was very close to the chicken coops.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was tied up and reminded me of 'Dawg' on the Foghorn Leghorn, one of my favorite cartoons. See photo.

Lake Meadow Naturals is a local farm that sells groceries to the public. They also host a variety of family friendly events and farm tours throughout the year. Occasionally, there may be food trucks on site during the events. They have an "ice cream" stand, however, the open hours may be different from the regular farm store hours as I don't think that I've ever seen it open. Each week they provide different items on sale - some items are BOGO, some are buy 1 item get another item type free, some items are reduced price and others are on clearance. They also have a number of different meat box bundles, some bundles are standard where others may be tailored to a specific upcoming holiday such as the "4th of July Bundle". They carry a plethora of meats including chicken, duck, rabbit, salmon, beef, lamb, turkey and pork. Other items included but are not limited to dairy, eggs, butter, some vegetables, seasonings, olive oil, yogurt, snacks, etc. The meats are frozen and vacuum sealed. I recommend bringing a cooler to that you can keep your purchases cold for the drive home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a small farm tucked away in what feels like its own private little corner. The store is small, and the parking is unpaved and limited, however, it is simple to access and worth the visit[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Entrance is on the back side of the store and the flow goes from back to front so that you exit towards the parking area. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist.

This is an awesome place to pick up all natural meats, farm fresh eggs, handmade items, breads, and everything natural and good for you. I saw so many items I didn't even know existed. A professional chef would have a field day here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is a chicken coop-area as well as other farm animals in the adjoining farms.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Friendly associates. Located at the intersection of Lauren Beth and Lake Meadows.

What a great local family owned farm and shop. Located in Ocoee, the place is close to home. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My daughter loved seeing the animals that they have on property.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Italian ground sausage was great for spaghetti nights and we like the different bread options from sourdough to English muffins. There are so many cheese options and besties of meats. We also got some butter. Many of the items are their own brand, but they do have a lot of local brands as well or family owned small business products as well.

This place is perfect to take your kids to see farm animals. They have a variety of farm animals (cow, roosters, hens, alpaca, sheep, goat, rabbits, ducks). Please note that it is not a petting zoo. You can buy farm produce, eggs, etc. at the farm market. You can feed the farm animals, and their food can be bought at the farm market. My kids enjoyed a lot. I am sure we will be going a lot more times

We love this farm so so much. They have a little market with fresh meats, eggs, veggies, canned goods, fresh cheeses, and other fresh items. We usually snag some of their bogo deals. This week we got a crate of eggs, bogo beef sirloins, string cheese sticks, peppermint tea, blueberries and little whoopie pie treats for the littles. The littles love to come and feed and love on all the animals. Such a special place.

This place is great! I purchase a lot of items at the farmers market but this Saturday they didn't have their amazing blueberry breakfast sausage so the suggested going to their farm. I'm so glad they did because the farm is fantastic. Please go and see for yourself. You'll be glad you did.

The farm is five star but the quality of the products we purchased was not. The staff were super nice. The store is clean and well organized. We showed up looking for fresh farm eggs and some grass fed meat. The drive in is picturesque. The parking area was easy to find. We walked the path and went into the store. Everything looked so good. We bought figs, chicken, ground beef, blueberry maple breakfast sausages and eggs. The eggs were pale, not rich yellow and they tasted like the lowest quality eggs I've ever had. Wal-Mart basic Grade A eggs taste better. I was highly disappointed. The boneless chicken leg quarters and the breakfast sausages were not the best quality either. The figs were flavorless. I was shocked that we were disappointed based on the reviews. We expected quality that we have purchased at other farms. I've been eating hormone free, free range chicken and grass fed beef for a while. I thought this was going to be a great experience. Viewing the animals before we left was precious. They were all so well taken care of. They had chickens, ducks, goats, geese, alpacas, and more. It was cute to see children looking at the animals.

Parking was easy, free, and conveniently located to all the festivities which is a huge plus. This is also one of the few local markets where I've actually seen a large selection of fresh produce and and farm goods available. It was refreshing to see so many people bring their market bags on wheels, wagons, etc. ready to purchase fresh fruits & veggies and support our local farmers. Beautiful watermelons, tomatoes, papaya, lettuces, corn, peppers, zucchini, and more. There's a good mix of vendors ranging from jewelry and handcrafted goods to food trucks and specialty food items. We got mango coladas, mango flower with tajin, breakfast tacos, and of course, kettle corn. Huge plus that there is the downtown splash pad for all the kids to play right in the middle of all the action. It was a HOT one and this was a great way for my little guy to cool off and burn some energy while we sat and enjoyed our food. If you have kids, I highly suggest they wear their swimsuits and bring some towels to dry off.

Pricing can be a little on the higher side, but I think that has a lot to do with the area. A great place for a Sunday morning stroll to pick up some local produce and things for the week to come Super casual parking can be tough at times, but if you go early enough, you can get in and out before it gets too crowded. I would say out of all the farmers markets I have been to this one seems to get the most crowded around 10 AM.

There are a ton of places! Inside and outside, there are plenty of tables and high tops to sit at. There is a lot of grassy areas outside for kids to run around as well. The best part of Plant Street is that everyone in your party can get something different but all sit together and enjoy each other's company. MY wife and I tend to do this alot. We order smaller things from a few booths and then share everything. During the weekends and then also throughout the year, Plant Street has events such as Octoberfest, pet adoption and live singers, to name a few. This usually will bring more people here and to be honest, parking can be tough. Their private parking lot is not incredibly large and also shares with a few restaurants across from them, not located inside the market. My wife and I try to go early when we visit. We want a table to sit down, even though you can easily walk around with your food. If you cannot find parking, there is a parking garage which will be a slight walk over. The parking garage is closer to where the farmer's market is. Everyone who works at the different vendors are always very nice. I believe they are Crooked Can employees, but people will walk around picking up your beer glasses for you. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. They are priced appropriate for what you get. I definitely recommend checking out Plant Street as this is one of our favorite local places to visit. ACES!

This trip, though, there was absolutely no Disney involved -- and we finally stopped here on our way home Sunday morning. I feel like you know you're getting older when you get excited about grocery shopping. Normally when I go to Publix, I'm irritated before I even get inside. But this place? A completely different experience. Walking through and seeing all the locally grown vegetables and the meat selection -- clearly labeled as hormone-free and without all the extra junk you get at typical grocery stores -- was honestly mind-blowing. The prices were so reasonable I couldn't believe it. I purposely brought a cooler for the two-hour drive home, and even with everything I bought, I didn't spend over $100. If I had purchased the same items at Publix, I'm convinced I would've been close to (or over) $200. Beyond the prices, the quality and overall vibe made it so enjoyable. You're not breaking the bank feeding your family, and you feel good knowing you're getting better-quality food. The staff was incredibly sweet and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was looking for boneless chicken, and one of the employees asked if that's what I needed. A few minutes later, he came back with multiple packs in his hands to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated it. One thing to know: the produce and meat sections are in two separate, unconnected rooms, so you check out separately in each. And if you're still riding that high from all the money you saved, there's soft-serve ice cream outside with seating -- which just makes the experience even better. For someone who truly despises grocery shopping, this was actually fun. I will absolutely make a special trip to Orlando just to come back here -- and next time, I'm bringing a bigger cooler.
