They made sure we had everything we needed and time to transfer our belongs from our rig ti the gently used one were purchasing. I cannot say enough about their beautiful facility. Everything is clean and neat. Very organized business. They do have plenty of inside storage for boats & rvs. Have a great system. I would definitely use them again.

I have had a storage unit at the Hudsonville location for a couple years. I recently signed up for…read morea parking spot in Byron Center and have had some safety and security concerns. The previous manager (no longer there) was great to deal with and handled my concerns. The new staff since last fall however is very hard to deal with and can't answer my questions and get a basic lease set up and match the quote /price promised(first month half off). Overcharged and they can't fix it. Management has no real authority to make things right. They sure can auto bill and overcharge, but refuse to make it right. Disgusted with the staff. The storage unit itself is nice and secure and average price range. Another side note - we are expected to keep our unit clean and move out clean. Well... we moved units on a last minute necessity over a weekend. The new unit was found dirty and piles of dirt all over. I mentioned it to the manager the next Monday and once again, they did nothing about it. Quite disappointed the standards are not consistent and you can't communicate or get things corrected with office staff. There was a computer system change over the winter. I was overcharged and accidentally billed on a daily basis for a week and they would not refund... just kept updating a new balance incorrectly for the next month. Finally got that fixed after a couple weeks.

She was great about finding a space that met my needs. The facility is great. We have stored with EverKept for several years for our business needs. We worked with Amanda for all of those years. The transition to National Storage was not very smooth. Amanda took very good care of us in making us feel like this change of management was going to be ok and before long she had things running smooth again in Jenison. The facility is WELL kept and Very clean - occasionally another tenant will leave something behind but its always gone very quickly. I would definitely recommend this facility to others! read more

It's clear the place is climate controlled - there are visible thermostats all over. The manager is the SAME one from the previous company as well. Every time I have used the restrooms, they are nice and clean. They do require insurance as most storage places do.... read more

That was wrong and very rude. Then offered to sell us another model for $130 more than we had to spend. Very disappointed and needless to say would not recommend these poor business practices to anyone else. Sad that your "manager" is so cutthroat that he sells product right from under other sales people. What happened today was wrong and rude to more than one person.
