After sending several messages trying to find a compromise, she stopped responding. The next week she contacted me again. I expressed that I wouldn't feel comfortable with her because of her inability to communicate with me in a timely manner and her communication was lacking in professionalism. Her response was that I was not her client and therefore she didn't feel the need to get back to me as quickly. I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere! I am not sure if this if her normal work ethic, if I had done something to offend her, or if she was having a bad week. Regardless of the reason, her attitude was very off putting and her professionalism was lacking.

I have had a terrible time working with Rheannon Hansen and The Cassandra Lance Group…read more They have lied to me multiple times and even when caught lying, they ignore it like they never did lie. I own The Little Handyman. We were contracted to perform repairs at 3 different units at Rheannon's property. These works were performed on August 11th. 2 of the 3 units paid 10 days later. 1 unit was not. Our system sends an automated payment reminder weekly. These were sent on 8/18, 8/25, 9/1, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20 and 10/27 An individual email was sent on both 9/10 and 9/26 inquiring about the payment. It wasn't until 10/28- 78 days later, that I was responded to. The email stated "The tenant states no one from your company ever went". Lower in the body of that email, Rheannon stated "They never went according to the tenant." Please see the attached emails here (all personal information of tenant is retracted) Knowing this was not true (and this is where the story gets really good)- I replied with screenshots of the GPS and a text message with the tenant showing we were, in fact there. Screenshots also attached in link above. And here is the best part- Once I confronted her with the GPS and Text message to the tenant, Rheannon didn't apologize for lying. In fact, she didn't even acknowledge it. Instead, she tried to say our work wasn't good. But hilariously, she attached a screenshot (see attached) of the tenant stating we did the work and were there. The date of that response? August 14th. Thereby self-confirming the lie of us "They never went according to the tenant" and "no one from your company ever went" from the first coorespondence on 10/28 I won't bore you with the details of the threats to leave my company a bad review if we didn't drop it (which she did, then deleted, then redid under an alias as not to have a rebuttal with her name attached since she's clearly in the wrong). Or the threat to countersue in the event we put a lien on the property for unpaid service (our only recourse). Bottom line- if you want a dishonest realtor who will never accept responsibility and who stiffs local businesses. This is your team to use. There are thousands of amazing realtors in DFW. Don't support one like this.

From the beginning, she impressed us with her level of preparedness and professionalism. At our first meeting, she already had been looking at the value of the home we wanted to sell and had outlined a marketing plan. She was also quick to respond when we had questions and stayed in constant communication with us regarding feedback from showings and other events during the process. She helped talk us through every step of the way as we received an offer and went through negotiations. From the inspection, some concerns were noted. We contacted her to discuss it and she had already lined up the appropriate professionals to verify the concerns and prepare quotes to help us in our response to the buyers. Negotiations were smooth with no major issues arising. We had already narrowed down the general area in which we were interested in living. She provided additional information based on her knowledge of the area which enabled us to further narrow our search. We quickly found a property and she was on top of the negotiations. She has a team of venders available that was helpful as the inspection identified hail damage to the roof. Her roofer was able to provide verification and helped in working with the sellers to get the issue addressed by their insurance prior to closing. We highly recommend her for her knowledge, communication skills, and for staying on top of things every step of the way throughout the process.

Why? I'm not sure. Maybe it's just super hot in Dallas and people just can't be bothered to work all that hard. Maybe it's because people here just earn less on average and so they don't have the financial incentive to put in as much work. Whatever the reason is, I've honestly found it quite difficult to find high-quality professionals here who take pride in their work. Todd is one of the few I've worked with in my 5+ years of living in this city who really stand out. He's just an all-around consummate professional. Todd has an incredible depth of industry knowledge and general housing experience that he draws from that he used to guide my wife and I throughout our first home purchase at the beginning of September. And in the rare instance that he didn't know something, he always took the time to research it and follow-up as soon as he could. But even more important for me was Todd's humility and integrity. While real-estate agents are often seen as simple salespeople, Todd never came a cross as salesy whatsoever. He would always try to remain impartial, objective, and honest, even if that meant compromising his own bottom line. I could see Todd's integrity a mile away, which is why I felt comfortable trusting him with a transaction of this size. While I don't know for certain, I think I'm pretty safe in guessing that Todd is quite well off. He's not desperate for business and he does a significant volume of large transactions annually. This is extremely important when considering a real estate agent because the more desperate they are, the more likely they'll do whatever it takes to close a deal, even at your expense. At the same time, you don't want to work with an agent who is too absorbed in their own success that they can't bother to spend any time with you. Todd is truly that rare mix of humility, integrity, experience, and detail orientation that makes for the perfect real estate agent. I started this homebuying process thinking real-estate agents are just people who pick up the phone, talk a bunch of nonsense, and collect a handsome check after doing effectively nothing, and left on closing day absolutely certain that I would not have been able to do this without Todd.
