I have family members who live in this park and I have never heard one complaint in all the years they have lived there about any sort of bad managerial performances. Of course, that doesn't mean that there are others who like to protest a little too loudly only to be heard and create drama which leads to nowhere. All the Mobilehome Parks have Rules - Most people abide by those Rules-There cannot be any favoritism as management can't possibly know each and every person in a 100 plus space park. Notices are sent out when duly noted. Some people do think they are above reproach and refuse to listen, instead they complain about the other neighbors-Well, sorry folks, You need to mind your own home and surroundings, and not The Joneses and what they do or do not do. As for the Low income loans - Well, this is what it is -A LOAN! It is not free, it has to be paid back, so yes, whoever is giving these low percent loans has every right to be on the Deed, in case the owner defaults=Simple as that-You pay it back, no problem, you get to keep your home - Not Rocket Science, people. Although my family is a little on the elderly side, they love this park. It suits their needs and there is no problem with the management-They have always had a good working relationship with the on-site manager and also with Corporate. I think someone has been eating way too many sour grapes and just wants to cause problems.

Unprofessional Work, Skyrocketing Costs, and Worthless Warranty…read moreI cannot recommend Cal Star Mobile Home Construction. While their salesman is excellent at closing deals, the actual construction work and customer service are incredibly poor. I initially hired them for subfloor repairs in my kitchen and master bath, plus some minor work on my back porch. The initial quote seemed reasonable, so I paid the deposit. However, the scope of work quickly changed. They claimed they couldn't fix the kitchen subfloor without tearing out the tile, forcing me into an expensive new kitchen floor. In the end, the price skyrocketed under high-pressure tactics, my bathroom floor was altered, but the porch was never fixed at all. The quality of the installation is unacceptable. They cut corners by failing to run the new flooring the full length of the room, leaving unfinished gaps hidden behind my washer, dryer, and refrigerator. The flooring is also not laid tight and is separating. When I pointed this out, their "flooring specialist" dismissively asked, "You can see that?" Their warranty is completely worthless, and they didn't fix the problems. I am now forced to hire a legitimate contractor to completely redo their substandard work. Avoid this company.

Wow no reviews yet? I guess I will start…read more Well, we found this place from another local RV park as most places will NOT take a trailer older than 10 years old! It was getting extremely ridiculous!! I guess our state has had restrictions, idk, I think it has to do with each property owner! What if we have a vintage restored? still nobody will take it because of age. So frustrating!!! I'm sure most of you RV'ers and travel trailer/5th wheel owners know this very well and how much it can disturb you. We are not going to pay 50K+ for a new trailer when we have a perfectly good one! They really last a very long time!! So I called the owner and he was friendly, he has had this secret place for over 50 years.(not a secret now) He had 1 spot opened. My boyfriend relocated down in the area for work few months ago,so happy we found a place to take our '83 travel trailer. Didn't want to rent an apartment. The only things are one- its a very very small place- 9 units in total plus a duplex, 2-must have a smaller trailer-under 25 ft. (for several reasons- driveway and the lots itself are small) and 3- only 1 person aloud. Property is older. Not an issue for us. We fit the bill.( I visit 1 or 2 x a month) From what we have been told, he has really cleaned up the place too. Most everyone here has been here a long time, you can tell with most of the trailers. Friendly too. Thank you for this find. It really made things easier for us and finding a place for my guy. Area is great too. Everything is walking distance!!! Huge mall 1 block away and Sprouts across the street. perfect! A little loud,b/c of main street but nothing white noise can't fix. ;-)
