I informed him I was the driver and jokingly asked him to be patient with me trying to back it in. He offered to direct/guide me in backing my trailer in once at our site. My only wish is he could always be my guide. With his help, I backed it in perfectly within 2 minutes! The kids & I enjoyed the amenities: the pool, spa, shuffleboard, playground, clubhouse, exercise equipment, & also the paved roads for riding bikes & scooters. We also enjoyed seeing the fireworks from Disneyland. The location is close to Disneyland, the Honda Center, Angel Stadium, parks, & beaches. Each site was level & had a clean table, 4 chairs, & an umbrella - all much nicer than most campsites. There are numerous citrus trees and a small grass patch between each site. As we were trying to hook our trailer back up to head home, my sister & I were having a little difficulty getting the trailer hitched onto our truck. A kind employee (I did not get his name,) observed us & asked if we needed help. He was so kind to direct us in what we were doing wrong and even went a step further and suggested we use their air compressor before leaving to inflate our trailer tires. He went out of his way to make sure we were safe & we greatly appreciate that, especially since our kids were traveling with us. My teenager thinks these employees need a raise. There is free Wi-Fi; however, streaming might have issues when the park is full. Free laundry room! Well kept and modern located with the park restrooms. Our Verizon wireless router seems to have issues between 6 and 8 PM but works fairly good otherwise. Great T-Mobile 5G coverage! There's a small NEX within walking distance. No Restaurant on base however they do offer lunch at the gym/sailor Center during the work week. The gym is a very short walk from the park and is open 24/7! They offer a variety of fitness programs if you would like to participate. Very modern facility and equipment! There are several wonderful restaurants in the area! There's even a great little dive bar called Dave's Other Place where many Sailors stop on their way to Main Street when in port.

I read about The Holiday's on Trip Advisr and was pleased to find mid-week openings the next week. I paid for one night in advance, but after the fun my granddaughter had that first day, I paid for another night and am glad to have done so. The turquoise and white trailer, "The Drifter" is adorable, as are all four units. Andy, the owner/ manager is friendly, easy to reach by phone, and stops by each day to provide for the needs of his current renters, and to prep for the next to arrive. With an included fridge, freezer, 3 burner stove, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, bbq utensils, sink with running water, heat, ample sleeping for 4, bath towels, beach towels, USB ports, board games, cards, and a bluetooth sound system, the trailer offers plenty of convenience for its diminuative size. For a small extra charge a generator provides AC, microwave and electricity. Each trailer gas picnic table, charcoal bbq, and a firepit... though we joined other campers at the communal firepit and enjoyed making new friends. The Holiday's Community has a shared storage shed filled with complimentary games (Jenga, Cornhole, Horseshoes, oversized Checkers, Bocce Ball, etc.) beach supplies (umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles). The beach is gorgeous... there are two paths to access the beach, one is quite steep and the hike back up is tough. The other path nearest to the Visitor Center is less steep. All in all, big props to The Holiday's! I will definitely be returning.

We left in the morning of our second day. We left a voicemail and sent a email requesting a refund for the second day. The owner contacted us and explained the repair issues and compensated us for our reservation. Very responsive and cooperative.

There are more under 55 year old people living there (and their children under 18 & preschoolers running around some days). Speed Limit Rule is a joke! They don't enforce it (and these people mostly the under 55 mind you) to slow down, speed bumps are ignored. Cars parked in front of mobile homes, (which is a big "no no") and yet only certain people get scolded for doing so, while others get away. Also, some of the residents "people" are more like ghetto & homies that kinda get away with breaking some of the rules mentioned above - so my loved one has told me he see's it all the time. Other than that, my loved one's happy being there, some other people he knows are happy being there as well, just wish they would enforce their rules alot more and maybe serious security (not rent-a-cops who don't really look after the place) would give a peace of mind.

Has coin laundry facilities, has shower facilities. It seems like all the lots have a little nice patch of grass. I would imagine maybe would sprinklers because the grass looks so good. It is a 55 and older, which makes it pretty quiet during the day. I can't wait to move in and meet everybody it's in a nice part of old town Tustin. There's lots of trees. The cool thing is you can stay here forever if you like it month-to-month pretty much move out when you want. Space rent., does not include electricity or cable, but does include water, trash, sewer, you are in the heart of Orange County. You're not at the beach, but you're close. You're kind of centrally located around the 55 freeway, the 5 and the 405 is really close. The 22 is relatively close too and the 91. Can't wait to move in. I'm looking forward to it.

Our family was planning a weekend visit to Universal Studios, we have dogs that we don't kennel nor do we stay in hotels with them, so we found this park convenient to park our trailer, stay a night and keep our dogs in the AC for the day while we enjoyed the day. It is nice and clean and has full hook ups. There is no pool or anything recreational like that, though I do believe there is a game room and gym. Like I said we weren't there for that so I didn't check them out to even tell you what was in them or how they are. The restrooms were clean and have showers, we use the restroom and shower in our rig but did have to use the park restrooms a couple of times. It is a clean and quiet place where a lot of people are long term or residential guests. Please, if you are looking for a place to "rage", do not come here, it is not the place.
