I have to give a huge 'Thank You' to Salvador for coming out on a Saturday evening to help run an extension cord to get through the weekend. You will highly regret it, the management that lives on site that works the leasing office will make you think it's a wonderful place and once you sign that out in line, they make your life a living hell. property management doesn't care and will always side with leasing office. They will up your rent whenever they feel like, they will go around and take pictures of your unit if they dont like plants, flowers, children's toys, patio furniture etc. even if its stored neatly within your space. We used to live here at Palm Lodge Estates. We lived here for about 3 years. To be honest I could say that I loved being here. Yes, some individuals might say that there is a lot of rules and there are so many restrictions but I believe it is needed to keep peace and organization within the community. And it shows! The community is always clean and always in order. Even our visitors commend the place for being a nice place to live at. Noel and the management team has always been good to us as well. Noel always took care of me and my family, when we need service, when we need extra parking passes or anything that we might need assistance within our home, they are always there to help. I also appreciate having after hours emergency phone line that I can reach out to if the office is closed. I lived here for 6 years and loved it. The place is always clean and management was always great. Only reason why I moved is to be closer to my daughters school. They respond quickly to service request and other issues you may have. We never had issues with neighbors. This is a safe place for families which is a big plus. LOL to the lady who replied---- the community is not peaceful at all with loud cars INSIDE the property and the speeding neighbors. i don't wish to call because there is nothing you can or will do. this property management does not care about any residents. expect to get NONE of your security deposit back.. if you live close to the street its very loud with cars racing up and down and the fire trucks go at all times of the night. also cars drive ridiculous fast inside the community and never stop at stop signs..cars rev their engines a lot inside community as well late at night and sit inside their car blaring music. the area around the Community isn't very nice. lots of homeless people walking around outside and there is no onsite patrol. they shut the water off every other week for hours on end. anaheim Utilities are very expensive expect to pay 100-300 in just Utilities since they charge you double Utilities. the only good thing i. wthe houses are nice on the inside/outside and the management is nice but don't let that fool you... they also raised our rent also 400$ when our lease was up. rent at your own risk!! read more

Absolutely Love Living Here. Nice Peaceful Community that is Family Oriented. A little more expensive than other places, then again you get what you pay for. Definitely worth every penny. Excellent Schools with buses that pick up in the park. The cost of utilities including electric is very reasonable due to the newer units with energy efficient windows. They are just adding cable and high speed internet service so that you now have more choices than just satellite and DSL. There are always guest spaces available as well as street parking. Convenient to both 57 and 91. Stadium, Honda Center, and Disneyland Resort only a very short drive. Multiple grocery stores, drug stores, and other retail nearby. Lots of fast food restaurant choices close by with more upscale sit-down places not too far away. read more

I'm grateful to have a management that understands and empathizes with every situation. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to get into a place last minute, but the manager helped make it happen for my boys, my mom and I. Because it was rushed, I did hit some hiccups, but they were quick to respond to my requests and make any necessary repairs. I just shoot the manager an email and it gets done. It's very peaceful and the homes are very spacious. My boys are able to play in the backyard or front yard which isn't something you usually get with a small apartment in a complex. And there's a playground, which we have yet to visit, but look forward to it. We also have parking right in front of our home, which I love, especially after a grocery shopping trip. read more

This is a beautiful property, quiet and calm neighborhood, and just what we are looking for. The location is perfect for our needs and although we dropped by unexpectedly, Sochilt was very helpful in showing us a property. The community itself is really welcoming, gated pool, gated playground which is great for feeling your kids are safe. The units themselves are very well maintained, updated and clean. It's amazing that they include 2 guest parking spots per unit because with previous experience in the mobile home community that is a rarity. Overall our visit today was very informative and we hope to come back soon. read more

The management staff here is top notch. My family and I have lived here since last March and it's nice and quiet. First impressions are that the fwy will be loud but you can't even hear it. My kids love to swim in the nice clean pool and ride their bikes in front of the house which is great. We BBQ a lot and neighbors always come by and chat. Everyone is so friendly. The only saving grace about this place is the new lady they hired for the front desk after firing the last one! She is wonderful and always willing to help. She goes out of her way to do her job and keep everyone happy. Other than that- The house sometimes smells like eggs because they're constantly having problems with the water. Which also causes constant emergency water shut off. We usually get a notice but it's happened without anything said as well. Imagine waking up to get ready for work and THERES NO WATER!!! Also the laundromat SAYS they close at 9, but the gentlemen who is in charge of locking the laundry doors- chooses to lock the doors early when he gets tired of waiting for 9:00pm even though there are guest clothes inside. Then when I call the emergency number to rectify his mistake- he is not sorry and tells me that I have to wait until they open at 9 am. ARE U KIDDING ME? What kind of customer service is this? He proceeded to argue with me saying that maybe my watch says 8:50 and I should check my watch. Cell phones dont have a variance in time! He does whatever he wants and does not care about the safety or happiness of people who live here and is one of the major reasons I will be moving out as soon as our lease is over! SO unprofessional!! Palm lodge should fire Hector who is also in charge of any after hours emergencies.... so if you have any problems after the front office closes, good luck- he will leave you with your problems. Close to all shopping, freeways and everything one needs for a great quality of life. The residents give you that at home feeling that you will not find in large apartment complexes. I just moved in here last month and had no issues like what others are saying in there reviews! I been at apartments were managers are rude and angry straight to the point. The first day i came in the Manager greet and offered donuts with coffee (very friendly). Maybe you just had a bad experience, but the Manager and staff are friendly and I didn't have any issues when i moved in or for maintenance. Its better then living in apartments i can tell you that. This place is horrible. The management and owners will stop at nothing to take all of your money. They are unreliable, never in the office, don't show up for scheduled appointments, don't respond to emails or calls and will screw you over in a minute. They will push you out if they think they can get more money for your unit, and they will stop at nothing to keep your entire deposit, including charging you for the most ridiculous things. They also do not keep up with all of the lots. While I lived here, we had a vacant lot next to us with exposed wires, tubes, and metal debris that ended up cutting my dog's foot. Front office is amazing. When is comes to getting issues fixed it takes forever even when Debbie in the front office puts in the request.

Prior Managers were horrible, did not know what they were doing bring in bad people.They hired a new manager Debbie and Danielle who are wonderful, they understand and will try to work with you after she speaks to hire personal. Since the new manager has been here for 2 years its been alot better. Security has been in here and all the bad people are gone! Thank you for a better community for my family.
