Dr. Mohgdam (Dr. Mo) has been no less then excellent in both the treatment and advice he's given me and my family. In my worst case, I have a somewhat demanding daughter that they were able to manage with no problem and in all other cases when I visit I am always satisfied with the quality of service. He's always able to explain on a level I can understand. I'm also impressed and appreciate their billing system in that they are very in tune with what the insurance company will compensate them for versus what the client will have to pay. I find that very handy in that there are no surprises. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience there. There are several other such practices in the area and, frankly, I don't feel the need to look around.

Very pleasantly surprised to find another dentist who has a warm personality, pays close attention, takes the time to explain everything, and has a wonderful staff. I had nothing but problems with this dental office! My first procedure the dentist gave me a shot…read morein the back of my mouth that was extremely painful and for the next 6 months I could not open my mouth wide enough to even eat a skinny sandwich. Everything had to be cut up small before I could eat it or I had to just eat soft foods. Every time I went in there I had to see a new dentist - they just cannot keep qualified dentists in that office. The last procedure I had done there was a crown and they put it on wrong!! I had had enough with them and I found a new (very good) dental office near Canton and they told me that crown had been put on incorrectly and therefore I had developed a cavity at the base and the crown needed to be replaced. I called Dentistry at Hickory Flat and let them know that I had to pay to replace their sloppy work and I would like to be refunded the $157 that my insurance company is not going to pay and they refused.
