Fixed several components of our system, but what's most important is the educational aspect he provided. I was told they could get to it that week. I called on Thursday afternoon on my way to the lake to see where we were with the progress. They said they were going to get it that day and it would be ready Friday morning. I called Friday morning to see where we were with the progress and they had never even picked it up. We took a day off of work, drove seven hours to try to be proactive in boating the weekend and it was all for nothing because they didn't perform the service, they assured me they could perform that week. When I called on Friday morning, she told me they could pick it up by noon and would get to it as soon as possible thus missing out on a whole day on the water that we took the day off for. I went with this company because they showed a five star rating on yelp, however my experience was definitely not five star. Honesty goes a long way.
