We called the morning of to check for availability, and Tony was incredibly helpful. Despite it being a busy holiday weekend, she was able to accommodate us and even provided a valet service to the marina, which made the whole process so easy. Compared to other options, B&T was the most affordable! Tony really went above and beyond to make sure we were prepared and safe. She walked us through all the essential equipment we would need for the day--including a waterproof bag, water bottles, and life jackets--and gave us a detailed map with some fantastic local pointers. She also took the time to give us a thorough tutorial on how to operate the jet ski, along with some great safety tips and tricks that really helped us feel confident on the water. Tony is such a pleasant, friendly person with a great sense of humor, and she made our day even better. We spent four hours on the water (from 12 PM to 4 PM), and although it was a busy holiday, Lake Powell is so massive that it never felt congested. The main canyon area she recommended was absolutely stunning, and since there were no kayaks around, we were really able to enjoy the speed of the jet ski. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back to rent from B&T Marine again!

We had such a great experience with Toni's jet ski rentals at Lake Powell! After striking out twice…read moreat the marina--with no availability and high prices--we thought we'd have to give up on the idea. I started calling around to recommended spots from a Facebook group and online searches, and Toni stood out right away. Her prices were the best we found, especially with her valet option. She made everything easy by dropping the jet skis off at Antelope Point and even gave us awesome recommendations on where to spend the day out on the water. Toni was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our day fun and stress-free. We'll definitely be back--and we won't bother with the marina next time!

I called this shop on a Monday and ask if it was possible to check my stored boat out before I came…read moreinto town on that Thursday acknowledging it was short notice. I was told they could get to it that week. I called on Thursday afternoon on my way to the lake to see where we were with the progress. They said they were going to get it that day and it would be ready Friday morning. I called Friday morning to see where we were with the progress and they had never even picked it up. We took a day off of work, drove seven hours to try to be proactive in boating the weekend and it was all for nothing because they didn't perform the service, they assured me they could perform that week. When I called on Friday morning, she told me they could pick it up by noon and would get to it as soon as possible thus missing out on a whole day on the water that we took the day off for. I went with this company because they showed a five star rating on yelp, however my experience was definitely not five star. Honesty goes a long way.

We had a generally good experience storing our two boats at MasterCraft Lake Powell... until, right…read moreat the start of the busy season when it's impossible to find indoor storage anywhere, we called for an unrelated reason and were told "oh, by the way, we've decided to only provide storage for wake boarding boats from now on, so we need you to move out immediately." We were pretty shocked, considering that we always paid on time and had never heard so much of a peep from them about our fishing boat and vintage wooden boat potentially being a problem. Why would they let us move in in the first place? And, why would we hear about this for the first time when WE called THEM? To make things worse, we live an 8+ hour drive away and are extremely busy, making their pressure to come remove the boats immediately extra awful. Due to the beginning of the busy season we had to call all over town to find a new space. Every boat storage facility we spoke with was shocked to hear about our experience with MasterCraft. Luckily Lake Powell Boat & RV Storage was able to help us out and they've been awesome so far! We totally get why they would want to focus on wake boarding boats since that is, of course, what MasterCraft is all about. But we still wanted to share our experience so that other potential renters know that if you don't have the right kind of boat, MasterCraft Lake Powell is more than happy to kick out renters who pay on time and are good tenants.

Armando was terrific! I had not been to him before but he will be my regular boat mechanic from now…read moreon! We just had gotten out onto the lake and my boat started over heating. I thought it was the impeller and called Armando. He had me take a photo of the engine and serial number so he could double check he would have the part if it was the impeller. He said he would be able to look at it if i could get it to him that day. Within 5 mins of me arriving he was checking the boat out and replaced the impeller and within an hour my boat was all fixed and I was able to meet my family and friends on our houseboat. Crisis averted and problem solved! Armando's communication, customer service and expertise all were 5 stars!
