They scheduled my appointment a month in advanced and drop off was first thing in the morning per their availability. $299 (they charged 1 1/2 "extra time") and it wasn't done until closing time the same day. Picking up was quick, but the "detailing" wasn't very impressive. Many of my dash board screens and windows still had smudges and dirt, the shifter and center console had dirt and dust, and the wheels were not even cleaned. I dont know what their extra time was spent on, but not worth it.

Claims the name of the Super Wash franchise but when I contacted them they claimed no affiliation to that car was and had no clue who the owner was. The house-call vendor that my insurance company originally scheduled would not do the job under those circumstances. Brian's technician, who came over from Escanaba, was able to fix it so that the new glass would hold. The entire process took about 1 1/2 hours, and they provided a clean waiting area with "facilities" for us. The office staff, as well, was extremely professional and friendly, and scheduled the repair in Iron Mountain (50 mile drive) instead of my having to go to Escanaba (100 mile drive). These guys are great!
