To their credit, they have credited my credit card when things didn't work, but it's happened too many times i.e. 5 to 6 times in the past year or two. Management needs to watch more closely.

They scheduled my appointment a month in advanced and drop off was first thing in the morning per their availability. $299 (they charged 1 1/2 "extra time") and it wasn't done until closing time the same day. Picking up was quick, but the "detailing" wasn't very impressive. Many of my dash board screens and windows still had smudges and dirt, the shifter and center console had dirt and dust, and the wheels were not even cleaned. I dont know what their extra time was spent on, but not worth it.
