We first worked with them for a kitchen remodel in 2023 and are still blown away by the work they were able to do for us! We removed an old wall and created a kitchen island to open up our space, set up a custom coffee bar, and fully ripped out all old finishings/etc! They were able to match the old arches of our 1927 to bring the character into our modern kitchen that we love about our house. They were extremely communicative about any changes, challenges, or delays. We even went on a long vacation during the project and we felt completely at ease knowing they were progressing on the kitchen while we were away. Oscar, Tasha, and Jaime remodeled my early 1980s bathroom to a more modern style last summer/fall…read more He was very thoughtful about calculating the estimate, which ended up holding true and was MUCH less than the other contractor that bothered returning our call last spring. Oscar, Tasha, and Jaime are also extremely trustworthy. There couldn't always be someone at home, but they had a spare key to come in and start work while we were at work or otherwise busy. The few times we were out when they were done for the day, Oscar made sure to text us that they were done and locking the door. Lastly (because this is getting long), when our newly sealed toilet had mysterious little pools of water on the floor, Oscar and Tasha came back to take a look within 24 hours of being asked about it. They came after a full day of work at someone else's home and stayed an hour to solve the problem free of charge (there is a 1-year warranty on their work). I really appreciate them and have already asked them to tackle another smaller project.

We asked them to match the existing floor tiles and paint colors so we wouldn't have to rip up the entire bathroom, and they accomplished this seamlessly. They produced high-quality work and were incredibly helpful in communicating to our insurance claims adjustor and our mold remediation company. They were also very flexible and understanding when our mold remediation company failed to dry out our bathroom enough for ARDS to start their work. ARDS called the mold remediation company to explain the situation and then rescheduled to come back out once the bathroom was completely dry.

And, very importantly, he did an absolutely gorgeous job. His company is smaller, which means less overhead and, in my experience, very client-focused and driven to excellence.
