Do not use CoMo Premium Exteriors. Pay someone else to do premium work before it's too late. They…read moremake promises and then blame everyone but themselves when their promises are unrealistic. We waited six months for the delivery of 12 windows and one door, and when they arrived, it turned out the project manager forgot to order the door entirely. He said he was going to come back out and take measurements of the door again because he lost them, but he never did and appears to have just ordered something willy nilly that lost us about six inches from the doorway, three one each side. He also turned out to have not even measured all the windows so one didn't fit and they had to cut a new hole in the house. The first "crew" to come out was one guy. He was allowed to come to our house after a police incident at another property where he screamed at the homeowners and broke things. We were not told this until after they were trying to cover their butts. This part of the job was supposed to take 3 days (THEIR estimate!). It took at least two weeks Their subcontractor was allows on our property after the incident where he attacked another homeowner completely unsupervised and still without telling us. They fired our project manager mid-project and we spent the next 2 months waiting for their other project manager to come out. He said he would have "their best guy" come out and redo the entire project. That guy was great! He was supposed to be there in one week. It took 3 for him to arrive. Then the job was supposed to take 3 days. It took a week, and they also never did everything they said they would, like fixing the door which we had to hire a different contractor to come fix so we can even open/close it. I don't care if small mistakes are made on a job. What concerns me is this company will make you sign a payment agreement before they event get started on their delayed, mediocre work, and then you're stuck paying for "professional" work that also involves a workman yelling at your wife and endless broken promises.

The conversation started well, but then he started asking probing questions as to why I was doing what I was doing. Now, I am not a person that likes my actions question as to why? I just don't think that I need to explain why I am doing anything, especially when I am going to spend thousands of dollars. This ultimately lead to a heated argument and the cancellation of the appointment. It did not take long to fill the vacant slot with another company which won my business and was very appreciative.
