When I walked in I was greeted warmly. They took my information and I talked with them about the procedure. They answered all my questions. Dr. Puma Patel was the one who did the procedure. She and the nursing staff have great patient-centered communication and rapport. She and the nurses worked as a team to create and place the temporary crown. It took less than a half hour.
