I really don't do many reviews…read morehowever, considering there are some bad actors out there who will rip people off I thought it important to help and tell people about an honest, quality oriented business JMNZ Finishes and Armando the owner. Armando painted the stucco extrusions around the front of our home, our garage door, the wrought iron fence on our balcony and the metal frames on our second story windows. Armando is more concerned about the quality of his work and getting it right than doing a rush job-a smart business approach often lacking in today's business world since it means referrals and other projects-we are so impressed that we are hiring Armando to repair stucco cracks on our house as well. Back to the painting. Armando spent a lot of time preparing areas to be painted so the paint would adhere well to the area painted. For example, Armando was meticulous in cleaning and preparing the wrought iron around our balcony for painting and the result is that the wrought iron looks brand new . Of course that's what we're all looking for when we hire someone to do a job like this but as some people have learned, there are those who come in, finish a job quickly get their money and a few weeks later the paint is peeling and they want to charge you more money to come and fix their poor quality workmanship. This is not the case with Armando at JMNZ Finishes, he takes pride in the quality of his work-it's been over a month through the heavy rains we had recently and everything is still looking good and solid no hint of peeling there or on the stucco painted. Armando was on time everyday, informed us when he would be arriving, leaving or when he when he had to make a run for more painting supplies. He also kept us updated as he progressed towards the job completion and did I mention, not a drop of paint spilled anywhere. In conclusion, JMNZ Finishes offers quality work and, in addition, JMNZ Finishes was approximately 25% cheaper than other bids we got. Thank you Armando
