We originally scheduled a pickup for Sunday, but he reached out a few days earlier to see if I was available sooner. It ended up working out perfectly. He arrived exactly when he said he would with his helper, and they were ready to go immediately. They loaded everything quickly, efficiently, and had everything hauled away in no time. One thing I really like about their business model is the flexibility. Whether you want them to handle all the loading or simply drop off a trailer for you to fill at your own pace, they can accommodate either option. I can see this being especially useful for larger projects where you may need a trailer for a few days during a remodel or construction project, but it's just as convenient for a simple junk removal pickup. And it was never disclosed to me that, apparently, it's necessary to speak with him "in person" (if you can) at day 2.5 to inform him that yes, you need to have the dumpster the full, agreed upon, three days. And he neglected to mix in with his BS reasoning arguments that he had temporarily forgotten how to read ... until shortly after he picked up the dumpster, I guess.
