They apologized, and said they would throw in a free shirt for the issues. I was happy with their initial response, until the NEXT week, I received an email saying the order was completely cancelled. It takes weeks to ever receive any sort of communication from them whatsoever. It has now been over 2 months since my initial order and over a month since the free t-shirt was promised. I've received NOTHING and no one at the company will even respond to my inquiries. It's such a shame because I like all their products and would have been a return customer over the years. I would have recommended them to friends. Now I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth and will never purchase another item from them again. And I will NOT recommend their services of products to anyone I know. Next time they shouldn't be so short-sided otherwise they will continue to lose ongoing business.
