By FAR, the WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life…read more I ordered a crew neck as a gift for a family members' birthday. 3 weeks later I received an email saying the order was delayed another week. They apologized, and said they would throw in a free shirt for the issues. I was happy with their initial response, until the NEXT week, I received an email saying the order was completely cancelled. It takes weeks to ever receive any sort of communication from them whatsoever. It has now been over 2 months since my initial order and over a month since the free t-shirt was promised. I've received NOTHING and no one at the company will even respond to my inquiries. It's such a shame because I like all their products and would have been a return customer over the years. I would have recommended them to friends. Now I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth and will never purchase another item from them again. And I will NOT recommend their services of products to anyone I know. Next time they shouldn't be so short-sided otherwise they will continue to lose ongoing business.

Started by a local couple with one store ( Run n Fun) in St Paul and built into five locations, now branded TC Running and run by one of the former employees. Many of the employees have continued to stay working here even with the changes and the stores continue to serve the community with their Run Squad membership available to be part of a running group and have extra benefits. Also they are active in local track teams helping supply needed quality gear. We stopped tshopping for our yearly upgrade of our shoes after many miles have worn out last years. The service was top notch as always. Thanks to Mary at St. Paul store and Ryan at the Maple Grove store.
