The spa is located with the North Conway Grand Hotel right behind the outlets! We weren't actually sure where to go once inside the hotel - so I would say they do need to move the signage upstairs to the first floor - but we asked the front desk and they directed us down the stairs where we did see the signage! When we walked in we were greeted by a super friendly woman who checked us in. The space is small but warm. We had a nice couples massage.
