This level of professionalism immediately put Wicked Cool Refrigeration way above the rest of the pack and set the tone for a good experience. When Dave showed up to check out our system, he definitely presented himself as a wicked cool kindaguy, complete with a colorful head band and shades. Dave solved our problem in one visit, the same day he responded to my call. Later in the summer we had another, more serious AC problem. Once again I called Wicked Cool Refrigeration, and Dave showed up on the day I made the call. He diagnosed the problem, and immediately provided a price and timeline for solving it. Our AC system was fixed the next week, very close to the price Dave quoted. I really appreciated that our problem was completely solved after the repair was made, and there were no residual issues.
