Everyone at the gun counter ignored me for nearly ten minutes and then the one who did eventually agree to assist me couldn't have been any less enthusiastic about the products he was supposed to be selling. None of my questions were answered in any helpful way, and the information I did receive was delivered with an apathetic sigh. Not worth the effort. I will not give them my business.

So I call the warranty company and sure enough it is covered, yay! Right??? Wrong!!! My plumber takes the reference number to the store and this dude tells him that they don't honor warranties and only with a receipt can he talk to his ACW(whatever the heck this is) and go from there?!? Meanwhile, we had a leaky water tank and no dang hot water. Oh get this, this particular location only has the Ace hardware name but does not abide by any of the policies of the others. What a crock of crap!!! So to not deal with any Ace hardware stores, we bought another tank from Lowe's. This is the problem with trying to give small companies business, you get royally screwed!
