Nice apartments , affordable . BUT the leasing office UNPROFESSIONAL! They either close before 5pm or don't open until 10am. Leasing agents there's only two women working in there and they never answer the phone, and they'll tell you to come in for some reason and then if you aren't there before 4:30 they're closed . How weird when your hours are 9am-5pm ?? And whoever the manager is get your employees together and hire more people or something Do better please . And paint the outside of your apartments and when you schedule tours and things give people a gate code ! It makes no sense that all the tenants basically have the same complaint we're giving y'all OUR money like be fr. This apartments are horrible! Horrible!!! they scam people out of their money, do not live there! Dumpster areas are always dirty and filthy trash out side every where!, people have animals that am sure the office is aware but don't say anything poop every where, people that live there break into others people cars!, people that don't live there come and park there even blocking your own parking spot and sometimes they even park in your spot!! You call the office for anything they say they will fix what ever issue you have and they never do!!. some times they don't even answer the phone!! Or respond to your emails!! I know someone there that lives there for years and that person says it's gotten really bad they will literally rent to anyone, even if they know some is just gonna come and co sign for you so you can get the place.. you pay for sewer, garbage, water separate plus you still have to pay for your own pg&e separately... there hot and cold water don't work sometimes you won't get hot water.. they need to fix their sewer pipes there a bad smell coming from the sinks... your neighbors smoke weed inside their apartments and the smell comes into your apartment you tell the office and the office don't do nothing about it... literally the office always has an excuse or they will just tell you what you wanna hear so you stop complaining about it but won't fix the issue read more

Terrible place to live, my car has been broken into 3 times. Management does not care. New management cut back security so they are on site even less, so management gets to save money while overcharging on apartments and we have to spend even more because the people who come in and try to steal our property. We recently moved out and when they did the initial inspection we were told that they wouldn't charge for the paint or the carpet due to the two major leaks that we had the one in the living room and then the one in the kitchen which led out into the dining room. So when they finished the adjustments we were charged for the paint and carpet. I spoke with the office manager Kristina about it and she said we were being for the carpet. I asked so you're going to charge me something that was not my fault. Then she goes to ask well did we come down clean and steam the carpet. I said no it would be in your notes if you guys did. All they did was bring a fan to dry it.The sink backed up three times and maintenance said it was because of the piping and we were catching everyone's stuff bc we were on the 1st floor. I moved in 3 days ago and already my car got broken into on night two. On the third night my cadillac converter was stolen off my car. So this is day 5 talked to the office they said we will check the cameras and get back to you so you can make a police report. No no one got back to me. I see on the lease and website the have security patrol never once seen security since moving in here. This place isn't any better then you moving on Sycamore Drive. On top of them just giving you what apartment they want you to have not what you requested and paid for. I requested a fireplace the whole reason for me moving in this place and paying for it move in date comes up no fire place. The manager then texts me " I can resubmit your information and get you in a place with the fire place it takes a few weeks". When your moving and on a time limit who has a few extra weeks??? I mean seriously waisting my time money and energy. If you do chose to move in these apartments make sure you got eyes on your cars and front door. They DO NOT TAKE YOUR SECURITY SERIOUS. read more

BEWARE!! This complex will do everything in their power to keep your deposit. The Managers are liars, especially Tammy and Sam. This is how it all started. We were originally told by Sam that we could not move in on the date we wanted to because they were waiting for the previous tenants to move out and "they hadn't turned in their keys yet". They also said they had to wait for the new carpet to be installed. Well, we were let into the unit to do some measuring for furniture and the carpets were damp. They said they had the carpets cleaned! Who cleans carpet if it's new right? First lie! They were very vague with their replies but they still insisted it was new. It looked good so we let it go. After we moved out we requested a move out inspection(they are required by law to give this to you but hope you don't know this), they said the forms were being prepared. Approximately a week later we get a notice in the mail stating they were keeping our deposit and we owed them money. First of all we ask them how come they did not give us the move out inspection we asked for, they said they did, they taped it to our door. They knew we had already moved out, why would they do that?? I will tell you why, they are sneaky liars!!! They also got caught in another lie, they slipped and said after we moved out that our unit was vacant for six months prior to us moving in! Thats probably why they had the carpets cleaned because it had previous urine stains and it smelled so they had it cleaned to mask it then said the carpets had urine stains and charged us for new carpet!! We had the carpets professional cleaned upon move out. We left the apartment how we received it. We had no animals and we are very well versed in using a toilet so this was not possible. We were very clean tenants, I am mild OCD as it is. This had to have been from the previous tenants but we were conveniently not given the opportunity to do the walk through and unless we take it to small claims I guess it's a moot point and I feel confident they knew it wasn't going to be perused, we are a young family and my husband works so much, we'd never have the time to pursue this. so BEWARE! They are sneaky liars! Another thing before you decide to move in I highly suggest taking a stroll through the complex on a Friday or Saturday evening and check out the riff raff that's wondering the grounds. There are cop cars there on almost a daily basis, check it out for yourself. If you have more than two cars there's a 90% chance you will have to park up front by the gate and walk to your complex, make sure you have your mace with you, it's pretty scary at night. My room mate had the old man that lived nearby expose his privates at her when she was coming home from school at dusk. He was urinating out side his front door and turned and wiggled his privates at her. She ran screaming back to our unit. Another thing, don't let the fact that the complex has a gate around it fool you. The gates are open more then they are locked. What's the point right? So consider yourself informed and my suggestion.....look elsewhere!! read more

I have live in this apartment for almost a year, the start of Feb. When I went on the tour they only show you the front of the apartment complex where it's keep neat and clean, new tanbark and the flowers and grass are taken care of. Then you go in the back of the apartment it's a total different story, trash everywhere, the dumpsters looks like you could really get a disease if you stay in there too long. Really you better have all your shots before you enter. When I first moved in my car was egged and so was the entry door area of the apartment, I called management and they told me I should have called the police when It happen, I then told them that it's their property they should call the police. It ends up being kids who did it. The secerity and dispatch do not relay any complaints or what happens at night to the office. So when you go in there to talk about it they have no idea what is going on. A few days ago someone broke a piece of cement on the side walk by my door and no one ever cleaned it up. The walls are paper then, I can hear my upstairs nabers turn in their bed at night if they are not blasting there ghetto music at night, security told me I have to deal with it, I guess that is there way of saying I don't deserve to be respected or live a decent life style. Because they can blast that till ten at night. They won't do anything. The people who blast their car music in the middle of the night have no regard for the other people who live around there. Or they just expect them to be ghetto like they are. There were two brakes in, one the guy was in the bath tub and they broke into his apartment and the other the apartment was broken into. I have heard of kids getting jumped. I have seen children allowed to run the apartment complex. I have seen drugs being sold in the parking lot. And you can smell weed when you walk to the office. I saw someone break into a mail box. The gate is always broken and people would drop off stolen cars in the back parking lot. You pay for the gate and it never works. You don't feel safe there and are always checking the door lock. If you are ghetto and have and expect people not to respect you move in. You will fit in perfectly!!!! read more

Worst place ever to live. Management is inept. The tenants are LOUD: fighting, playing loud music at all hours of night and day, break-ins. The people who gave these people 1 star you guys are being nice. These people are nothing but liars. Management had change 3 times at this place. They took me and tried to evict me for being 7 days late on rent, in which the prior management said they would work with me since my pay periods fall on every Friday. They went up on the rent $200.00 in one year which should be illegal. Then when I put my 30 day notice in and left at the time I said, they still sent me an unlawful detailer, trying to sue me again when they have over a $1200 of my security deposit. They lost money orders for rent, always claiming I owed the monies that I already paid. Stay away from this place people,, please... Weed smoking, kids running raggied, a nightmare.. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! We lived in this apartment complex from 2010-2012. It appears to be a really nice complex in the day, well-maintained, but it's just a facade!!! It's in the worst part of Antioch, there were three shootings outside of the complex during our time there, and one night last summer someone was mad at another resident and set the owners car ablaze!!! I never felt safe walking with my baby outside of the complex, and inside of the complex, I was often nervous as well, because I walked into the middle of many drug deals going down. There is CONSTANT music blaring, folks just sitting in their cars at all hours, base pounding, rattling walls and setting car alarms off. The management company finally got a good, solid staff in the office.....they cleaned up a lot of the problems, cracked down on the noise, and hired a really effective security staff. In March 2012, for an unknown reason, the management company fired the good staff and brought in a totally ineffective staff, including switching out to a new security company (whom we never saw!!) The current manger is really good, and tries, but her staff is completely ineffective and useless. Very unprofessional. When we checked out, after spending a total of 7 hours cleaning, we were told that they would not charge us for cleaning because everything was spotless, nor would they charge us for the rugs because it was time to replace them anyway. Get our deposit back and charged for a cleaning and new rugs. The extra charges are annoying and frustrating, but we are happy to be done with that place. We only stayed as long as we did because we were buidling up our finances to move elsewhere.
