We started training with Colin and we were quickly put at ease. He's a truly great trainer who knows his stuff. He's professional, patient, and understanding with both dog and human, which we really appreciate. After working with him for awhile in private sessions, we decided to try day training so that we could see how our pup did in the kennel environment with the hopes of being able to board him at Dogstyle in the future. We were super nervous about it, but it didn't take long to see we had nothing to worry about. The staff is full of pros. You can tell that they really take the time to get to know each dog's personality and quirks in order to set them up for success in the kennel. Alanna has been exceptionally great to us. She is always so patient with questions, and has really gone above and beyond in making sure we're comfortable leaving our pup there. It's also extremely impressive, with all of the dogs that they interact with in a day, that she has clearly gotten to know our dog well and fills us in on how he's doing on a regular basis. It has made such a difference for us! Will definitely be continuing our training here, and will be boarding our pup here anytime we travel. Highly highly recommend!

When arrived they wanted to use ropes to lift him with due to so badly soiled. So we supplied our own blanket and carried him to car. He was in obvious pain, soiled, bleeding from mouth. He was immediately taken to animal hospital and advised had to be put down for fractured back and kidney issues. When asked for an explanation Randa immediately sent a refund saying upon my request, which was just for explanation. When followed up was told I can't sue because I signed a waiver, that it was my fault for boarding an older dog and not boarded before. I never made any accusations or asked for anything but an explanation. I'm so devastated I left my pet/family member in their care.

Our Berner can be stubborn so I typically tell the dog sitters not to walk her, but Jim took both of them on walks daily in order to keep them out of the messy yard. We returned home to 2 calm dogs, without any issues! We joked that the house looks cleaner than when we left - he definitely took care of cleaning up after the messy dogs (which I don't usually expect!) Melissa is great in responding for last minute visits if we are out unexpectedly and now we feel that when it's time for vacation, we can go again without worrying about the dogs!
