We took our dog here for training, doggy daycare two days a week and boarding when we were out of town. It cost us thousands of dollars. Our pup successfully learned to sit and stay and lay down and all the other things you expect a dog to know. He will do pretty much anything for a treat. Everything was fine for several months. The feedback we received about our admittedly rambunctious dog was routinely positive. They regularly sent pictures and videos of him playing and having fun. Then some of the good, experienced staff left. In hindsight this should have been a big red flag for us. Apparently, most of the new and remaining staff doesn't know how to deal with animals. Suddenly, our dog, which they trained, was not well behaved enough for them. A few days later they called to say he is no longer welcome here. No conversation. No discussion of more training, if that was their actual concern. Nothing constructive to offer at all. They didn't even have the balls to do it in person. Don't waste your time! All they want is your money. They don't give a damn about your pets!

First of all, their name has changed, no doubt because their other business was getting negative reviews. Also, the dates of our trip were well known to them, and a check was left at the home after confirming the dates with them. Their claims of us not having a reservation or their not knowing the dates we were leaving town are such lies. Who would EVER leave town after hiring a dog sitter without them knowing the dates? No one, that's who. I would never put my dog in harm's way, allowing him to be left in such shoddy,, unreliable, horrible care with two immature people like these two women again. And to then claim after they didn't show up for the first two days that they cleaned up his mess "at no extra cost to us" is absolutely unforgivable. And then to have STOLEN JEWELRY from me?! Beware out there!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves . I'm guessing they will continue to change their business name each time people start hearing about their inhumane treatment of animals.
