All of us also got Cheese Curds and Culver's Root Beers. I'll have to admit I was a little nervous to try them because one of my family members had said they didn't like it, yet to be fair, they tried the seafood. When we walked in, there were the most amount of employees behind the counter that I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. There were at least 20 or more people there working at once and the woman who took our order said it was to make sure they didn't get behind during rushes. But because of that many people being there, our food came out so quickly! The restaurant was super clean And there were a good amount of people eating there with more coming in quickly. Our burgers were delicious! The cheese curds were hot and fresh, the burgers and bacon were crispy, the veg was fresh, and the buns were soft. The only downside was that it was expensive...but it really was truly so good and I can't wait to be able to go back, and get another burger.

The service is really good and the food seems to be made much fresher than other fast food places which is most likely what is reflected in the prices. Unfortunately, the first time I went here i was disappointed. The chicken tenders were fresh but there was barely any meat inside of the tenders, they were super thin and not super crispy. The price for the chicken tenders was also super expensive for what you get in my opinion. 2/5 I came back today to try a kids meal that included a butterburger, fries, drink, and single scoop of custard. This meal was MUCH better than the chicken tenders by a mile. The price was super fair for the kids meal, the burger was fresh and tasty, the custard was amazing, and the service by the workers was fast and friendly. This visit sold me on Culver's when originally I was extremely disappointed by the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant was also super clean and I saw workers actively cleaning which was a huge plus as well. Overall, I would give this location a 4/5 since the kids meal was amazing, tasty, and a good value but the chicken tenders were disappointing.

Two days ago I came off the street and pulled right up to the drive through order speaker. There was one car at the cashier window waiting for food. The cashier said "I'll be with you in a minute." I sat at the order menu for 12 minutes before they took my order, with the car leaving the cashier window about 5 minutes into my wait. As I was waiting to place my order, two different cars pulled up behind me that both drove off after waiting to order and by the time I ordered there were five cars behind me with one partially blocking the right lane of Brickton Rd. in front of the business. When I got to the cashier window, no one was there. 6-7 minutes later someone came to the window took my money and around 7-8 minutes later I got my food. As I was driving off I noticed that the five cars behind me were still waiting to place their order. So, 26 minutes to get my order (one burger) and leave. This happened at 2pm. I'm guessing they had a situation where they were under staffed )someone didn't show up for work, scheduling issue...). I do fast food about once a month and this is one of two places I go. I'll give it another try to see if this visit was just an anomaly.

We were welcomed and introduced to the menu and the variety of flavors and options. We took a few minutes to look everything over and then ordered our food. The lady delivered our food at the table as soon as it was ready, always ever so pleasant, mindful and gracious. The restaurant industry can be quite tedious, demanding and exhausting. She is the kind of host and server that restaurants NEED! She was absolutely amazing. Worth tipping over generously. I grew up on the west coast, in the San Francisco Bay Area. I was exposed to East Asian flavors at a very young age, as my mother is Filipino. I know my Asian flavors. Although not quite as what I would expect as a west coast girl, the food is as best as you can expect for the Midwest, but I truly enjoy the pan-Asian variety and the amazing quality of service.

I have no idea where to begin on how bad of an experience I had on November 18th. I took my…read moredaughter in to get something quick, I guess that was my first mistake. It took almost 30 minutes to get our order and by that time my sandwich and her chicken strips were cold. My sandwich sat there over 10 minutes after it was made. Poor young man running the fryer told me he was looking for a new job and I believe quit as the manager (or I think she was) went off on him and the entire kitchen staff. I know the staff were not doing well but the last thing I needed to see was the staff being taken to task. And it still took me right at 30 minutes to get food. The tables were not cleaned and the trash and here not emptied and were overflowing. As bad as all of that was, the bathroom may have been the worst part of the experience. You could smell the urine as you opened the door. My experience is that Freddy's does a poor job at maintaining and cleaning their restrooms, but this was the worst one I have encountered since a Taco Bell back in the 90s. It was so bad I wouldn't let my daughter use the restroom there. I heard the manager babbling about offering free custards to those who had to wait. I never got one. I saw several couples come in and when they witnessed the disaster in front of them, leave. I even told one group get ready to wait as it had taken 30 minutes to get food. They didn't take the hint initially but after five minutes at the register, they left. Look, I know it isn't gourmet food but cold and a 30 minute wait is unacceptable. I would have left but I had already paid. And the worst part was the restroom, pretty sure it would have been a health code violation. I am just thankful my daughter and I did not become ill from the food. This was sincerely the absolute worst experience at any fast food restaurant that I ever have had. If this location is open in 6 months, I will be in shock. Please avoid!
