My son's best friend stayed the night the other night, and we all decided to get Culver's for dinner. All three of us got Culver's Deluxe Burgers, and mine had bacon. All of us also got Cheese Curds and Culver's Root Beers. I'll have to admit I was a little nervous to try them because one of my family members had said they didn't like it, yet to be fair, they tried the seafood. When we walked in, there were the most amount of employees behind the counter that I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. There were at least 20 or more people there working at once and the woman who took our order said it was to make sure they didn't get behind during rushes. But because of that many people being there, our food came out so quickly! The restaurant was super clean And there were a good amount of people eating there with more coming in quickly. Our burgers were delicious! The cheese curds were hot and fresh, the burgers and bacon were crispy, the veg was fresh, and the buns were soft. The only downside was that it was expensive...but it really was truly so good and I can't wait to be able to go back, and get another burger. read more

Unfortunately, the first time I went here i was disappointed. The chicken tenders were fresh but there was barely any meat inside of the tenders, they were super thin and not super crispy. The price for the chicken tenders was also super expensive for what you get in my opinion. 2/5 I came back today to try a kids meal that included a butterburger, fries, drink, and single scoop of custard. This meal was MUCH better than the chicken tenders by a mile. The price was super fair for the kids meal, the burger was fresh and tasty, the custard was amazing, and the service by the workers was fast and friendly. This visit sold me on Culver's when originally I was extremely disappointed by the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant was also super clean and I saw workers actively cleaning which was a huge plus as well. Overall, I would give this location a 4/5 since the kids meal was amazing, tasty, and a good value but the chicken tenders were disappointing. read more

This has happened twice. Both at the drive through. Both times, I purchased ice cream and coffee. When I pay at the window, they hand me the ice cream and then say they are brewing a pot of coffee and will bring it out when it's done. BOTH TIMES, I waited for more than 15 minutes for the coffee. Watching my ice cream melt. Waiting, waiting, waiting. The first time (in June 2025), I got my money back (but no apology). The second time (August 2025), I just threw it away. After the June experience, I filled out the receipt survey, but no one got back to me. The second time, I'm posting here. If you are like me and enjoy coffee with your ice cream, stay away from the Culver's on Broadway Bluffs. Apparently coffee is too difficult for them to prepare. read more

Stopped here on a trip back from Kansas and had never heard of Culver's until I did a bracket march madness type thing with fast food chains. So using Yelp and looking I saw it was a burger joint first, but once I walked in it was obvious there was much much more. Reminded me of Jack in the Box except their food couldn't be as bad or the service as terrible as Jack. (See my reviews) Walked in and was greeted by the staff. Things were VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. Not a fan of the tile with wood but who am I? Food is what matters. Having never been I ordered a burger meal and passed on their shake(now kicking myself) Sat down and tried the burger. It was exceptional. It also came out INCREDIBLY FAST and was hot and properly topped with all the fixins. First time to a Culver's and probably the last. I had a sourdough burger that was very dry and fries that were probably previously frozen from Sam's club. I don't think the people at the order desk were very well trained. I asked for fish and chips and they didn't know if they had them or not. Stopped here because we had our first ever Culver's food the day before in Richmond, IN. It was excellent, although the burgers were a tad dry. The milkshakes were fantastic. We had strawberry and salted caramel. We decided to try the cod sandwich at this location. It was hot and fresh, but for the price, there should have been more fish. It had shredded cheddar cheese on it. I don't like shredded cheese on sandwiches. I like slices. There definitely was not enough cheese on it. Wouldn't order it again. The milkshake was white, so I knew by looking at it, it barely had any caramel in it. I asked the girl who handed it to me what flavor it was. She said it was salted caramel. We were at the hospital up the street from this location and decided to pick up something for dinner on our way home. We didn't want a sandwich. We looked at the menu on the website and it listed a section of dinners. The menu at the drive thru was completely different and did not list any dinners. This is false advertising. The burger and totally home style: oddly shaped and crispy on the edges. The best style in my playbook! My burger was delicious with the meaty cheese and sautéed mushrooms! The cheese curds are chunks of yellow and white cheese, battered and fried. Um, you can't go wrong with fried cheese and these did not disappoint. While the food is delicious, two meals cost us $15, which is a little steep for "fast food" which is why it's a 3 star. read more

Had never heard of Culver's until I saw some ads for them on TV. My wife and I had finished a couple hours of bowling and were on the way to another burger place when I noticed this one. Made a quick turn and decided to give them a try. I had the Butter Burger Basket and Claire got the Sourdough Basket. Both came with a sandwich, crinkle cut fries, and unlimited soft drinks. The food was cooked to order. Fries were hot enough to burn my tongue, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, perfectly salted, and had no overused oil taste. My burger actually looked like the picture on the menu. Seriously. It was perfect. The flavor of the meat was that of a real steak and the toppings were generous and carefully applied. I can only assume Claire's sandwich was good, as she held it close and didn't seem inclined to share. She kept say, "This is great!" The staff was friendly and helpful. Went here for Lenten Fish Friday and tried their Atlantic Cod 2 piece dinner with cole slaw and French fries. I was expecting mediocre quality since it's a fast food joint. I was highly surprised at the crispy batter on the fish. The cole slaw was pretty good, but wish they weren't heavy handed on the mayonnaise. Now to the fries, wow! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The boyfriend ordered the limited edition walleye dinner and he preferred mine since he's not a fan of oily fish. This location could use some better management. I came here for a late lunch on a weekday. There were entirely too many people working here and despite that fact, service was stupid slow. This was my first experience ordering food at a Culver's and it was extremely frustrating. I'm looking at the board and order one Culver's Butter Burger with cheese and one without cheese. The cashier asks me what I want on my burger, and I asked her to give me everything that is normally on there (looking at the photo of a burger with tomatoes and lettuce, etc.). I asked her to confirm what was going to be on it, trying to make sure there would be pickles ... she just stared at me and didn't say anything, so I again repeated that I just wanted everything on the burgers. I got the burgers and they were both completely plain - just a bun and a patty.... ummmm.... really?!!?!! I would think that if a customer asks for everything on a burger that would entail something more like the photo with lettuce and tomatoes, hell anything to quantify the toppings being everything instead of nothing. I rounded out my awkward meal here by ordering an ice cream with cherries and hot fudge. It took FOREVER! There was no one else who had ordered, almost ten workers behind the counter just chatting away, some chatting with their friends that weren't working there... then this poor girl who looks like she is actually working (and working a lot to compensate for everyone else not working) shows up frantically with my ice cream, apologizing. Frankly, I was just happy that she was working. All in all, I would 100% not return to this location and would encourage management to get it together with training and scheduling their staff. read more

This used to be a food place to get a butter burger but this location has gone way down hill. They just messed our order up then replaced the mistake with a cold burger. The girl up frint tried to get the burger fixed but it was ibvious the cooks were put out by the request and highly unmotivated. I will not be back to this location!
