Aerotek is an average company. On many occasions Aerotek's communication with me, as well as the…read morecompany I was working for, was sub par. There was miscommunication as to when my starting date would be which led to me getting hired on in 5+ months, instead of the 3 months in which I was verbally promised. In the end I was offered the position, but if I went directly to the company originally, I could have saved myself a lot of trouble. Overall they did meet our mutual goal of getting me a permanent position. I was paid every week, without disruption. My only advise is to stay on top of them. Do not assume that they are doing everything they should be doing. I'm used to working with professional organizations and I did not feel that I was partnered with one in Aerotek. This branch has potential, but they have to start with communication.

So after they did nothing for two weeks, the job was gone. I will never go here again and I would say to you they will waist your time here. If you have bills to pay don't do it. Unorganized and unprofessional is an understatement.
