I was beside myself that the glasses did not last a full week!!! The CVS Manager was welcoming and understanding when l told her of the sudden and unexplained breakage of the stem . Other pharmacies have been curt, unhelpful and made a stressful situation worse - but NOT these folks - they have been SUPERB! I can't say enough about how they have patiently assisted me with questions, educated me when needed and responded promptly each and every time I've needed anything. Again, pharmacies can be an under the radar type of relationship for many of us - but if you have the option - these folks are professional, helpful and all around impressive at their job! The young man helping me was helping multiple people at the same time so myqq not important to him because I was a number in the wheel. I had questions he was dealing with someone else I couldn't use my extra rewards because he didn't even ask me. It wasn't a choice. He printed my receipt. I only get digital receipts. If the whole experience there was no customer service. I was a number. And now apparently I have to type on a screen to tell them who I am again making the customer experience much less personal I will probably change.
