Excellent villas and close to boat slip. Restaurant and general store are on property.

From the site I figured this was a restaurant- but no- just a little snack shack. A few tables and no lake view.

We just spent 3 nights at Mariott's Willow Ridge in Branson, Mo. With it being December, the…read moreoutdoor pools and such were not operational, and we did not make use of the indoor pool, so my review is not based on those things. Our room was on the fifth floor of building 2. There is an elevator so accessing the upper floors is easy. There were plenty of luggage carts available. Our "room" was a one bedroom apartment. Full kitchen (full size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, 12 cup coffee pot, double sink, dishwasher, pots/pans, plates, utensils, etc) A large dining table with seating for six. Living room with couch and chair and TV with Cable and several streaming apps that you can sign into with your own credentials (also a DVD player which we did not use.) The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable! Another TV in the bedroom. The bathroom was very nice. Typical hotel bathrooms have terrible lighting for applying make-up, but the lighting in this bathroom was very bright and they offered a magnifying mirror. The tub is comfortable and large for taking a relaxing bath! The shower operated very well, with a normal shower head plus a hand held shower wand. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash supplied. Lots of towels and washcloths. This place was super clean, extremely comfortable. If I had to find a negative, it would be that they charge $15/day for parking which seems ridiculous. We would definitely stay here again.

We've enjoyed the activities of the area even with the inclement weather and the wine & beer tasting ! The Activities Director, Massimo organized the activities well and took time to talk with us and Michael greeted us at the front desk and was thorough and pleasant in preparing important information and answering questions for us!!!

Honestly, I've stayed in big name brand hotels, and they were gross--not here. The pool was also very well kept and clean. The breakfast was decent, and had many options. The owner, Grace, was so pleasant and very kind and accommodating. Super friendly, cares, and truly wants people to have a great stay. The location was close to the strip, plenty parking, and quiet. We will certainly stay here again when in Branson. Thank you, Grace!

When I had an issue with my door not opening, instead of offering help or even a simple APOLOGY, the staff member (Elizabeth) told me to check out if I was unhappy. So I did--three days early. To be clear, I didn't leave because of the broken lock; I left because she told me to. She became defensive immediately at the first mention of a problem. Her first response was to tell me to leave. That is absolutely not an appropriate way for your employee to handle a legitimate customer complaint. While I was frustrated at the situation, I was not disrespectful. If she cannot handle complaints professionally, then perhaps she should consider another job. I have NEVER been asked to leave a hotel in my 60+ years!! I spent two days calling back, asking for a manager to return my call, and I'm STILL waiting, over a week later! No refund, no accountability, no customer care.

A little pricey for what you get, but I completely understand the upcharge for the holiday weekend! We brought our dog with us and paid a small one-time pet fee, then he was good to go. Our king cabin was perfect for my our 70 lb labradoodle, my partner, and me. However, I think it would've been a bit of a tight squeeze with anyone else there too. When we arrived, our cabin was decently clean. A few bugs, but that's to be expected in the woods! They don't replenish your bathroom towels while you're there, but we had about 6 stored under the sink for the weekend, and that was just enough for us. There were mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion on the bathroom sink, but I recommend bringing your own unless you're only staying one night. The kitchen had an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and some small appliances like a blender and toaster. The cabinets were fully stocked with plates, silverware, bowls, and cups. There was also a small bottle of dish soap and an extra roll of paper towels. There were two TVs in our cabin, one in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom. I love the outdoor seating on the spacious front patio. We also used the grill out there and made the best burgers and steak! The dumpsters to drop off your trash bags are conveniently located in the campground area. There's a grocery store only about 5 minutes from the cabins, so we went there to get some small things like seasonings, aluminum foil, and the food of course. But the kitchen was pretty much stocked with most of the things we needed to cook a meal, which was nice! They allowed us to check in 4 hours early, our neighbors weren't too noisy, and we basically had everything we needed. Other than a rain reimbursement that I should've paid for since it poured the whole time we were there (which is totally on me for taking that risk!) we had a such a fun time! I would definitely stay here again.

It's beautiful...it's a great location. It's easy to access. The ladies we deal with at the front desk (Julie and company) are the bomb dot com. So why the 3 stars? Price! It's getting out of control. Of course they jack the price up on Holiday weekends which is even more upsetting. That's about the only time we camp here. When we first started camping it was around 36 dollars a night for full hook ups. You couldn't hardly get a spot. It was always booked. We had to book a year in advance every holiday so our families could camp. Well...it was $78 a night this year and moving to $82 a night next year. This was the first holiday I looked around and really noticed empty campsites. The many of cabins were even vacant. I believe those are over $1,200 for the weekend if you book those. The full time campsites never had openings. They do now! Yes, it's a nice location, but I fear the new owners are pricing themselves out of the market. It's not a Sandals exclusive resort. Make camping great again Port of Kimberling! I know we are considering taking our boats to a location closer to home because of this. We drive over 2 hours to get here. An hour drive sure sounds nice when prices of everything are so unreasonable. Oh, and my dad just pulled his boat out of their marina because of the price increase.
