We found ourselves in a pickle and needed a room for one night and Carriage House came in to the rescue! This place is reasonably priced and very clean. They offer breakfast in the morning and have an indoor detached pool which is very clean. The rooms are clean and the one we stayed in had two queen beds, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and bathtub/shower. The front desk associate was super friendly and knowledgeable about his job and ready to help if needed. This place is like a hidden gem and so quant on the inside as it is on the out.

Very pleasant hotel. Right on the strip, next to the winery and close to much of the entertainment . Miniature golf close by. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. We requested a microwave and mini fridge and they accommodated us at no extra cost. $60 a night with free breakfast isn't bad at all. Donuts, bagels, cereals, fruit, coffee and juice. Plus an indoor heated pool.

I loved this hotel. It's just outside the strip, by Mount Pleasant Winery...(Not a favorite place of mine). We arrived at 2:00, and even though check in is at 3, our room was ready. I requested a room on the ground, and we were delighted when there wasn't much walking from the room to the front area. There is a covered pool, but we didn't swim in it. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. The front staff were kind and helpful. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, 2 queen sized beds and a smallish bathroom with a tub and shower. There was a table and 2 chairs. Wifi was fast and just what I needed with my Ipad. A wall t.v., phone, etc. breakfast was between 6:30-9:30 I considered going to Billygails for breakfast, but chose to stay at the hotel instead. Breakfast was basic. Donuts, bagels, cereal, coffee/tea/juice, biscuits, gravy. I didn't eat the gravy...I don't eat much breakfast, so I don't base a hotel on breakfast. I didn't find the hotel old at all, it looked fresh, and I like the hotels off of the strip. I find them friendlier and cleaner. The hotel was lit up at night and looked like a gingerbread house. It was decorated for Christmas in Branson and I loved it. I'd stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms are nice nothing fancy.. To be honest the only issue we had was how bad the breakfast was, they have biscuits and gravy ( tasted bad ), some fruit, cereal, and donuts that tasted like they been there a few days. In fact in the trash I seen a discount sticker from Walmart for the donuts. The main issue I had was how thin the walls are, if you stay here bring ear plugs or you will hear everything going on in the rooms around you. I was woke up several times by coughing and conversations in the room next to me. The pool was nice and clean and honestly the beds are comfy. Chances of me staying here again are very poor

My only complaint about the Carriage House Inn was that I had to leave. My trip ended and I didn't want to go home. This place is amazing. First of all this place is as clean as you can get. Our room was so nice and clean and spacious. We had a fridge and microwave in our room which was very helpful. The cleaning staff took care of our room on our time, whenever it was convenient for us. The owner of the motel runs the breakfast room. He makes sure everyone knows where everything is, and really makes an effort to get to know all of his guests. By the time we left I felt like we'd been friends with him for a long time. Get ready to have a good time with him...he's one of the friendliest men there is! There are I Love Lucy videos playing in the breakfast room in the afternoon in case you want a break from your room and would like to watch something on TV. He also has movies he'll put in for you. Breakfast was good...he's got a lady that makes the donuts for him, but don't ask for anything specific. She makes what she wants to make and that's that. (I'm sure you'll hear that story) :) He's also got Tropical Fruit, biscuits and gravy, breads of all assortments for toast, juices, coffee, milk...I think I'm missing something, but it was all really good. They also have trays at the breakfast room to make it easier to take coffee back to your room or whatever you want. My dad would go up every morning and get coffee for everyone and there would be Bob meeting him with a tray and a smile at the door. The trays are always washed when they are brought back to the breakfast room. I watched as he made sure everything was clean as it was put back out for the next person. The pool was nice and warm...the only thing is you have to walk outside to get there and we were there in April when it was pretty chilly...so it was a cold walk back to our room. But that's no big deal. Pool is open nice and late so you can go after a show if you want to. 11:30 I think it was. But there is no clock in the pool room...so you better take a watch or something to keep track of time. There were a few pool toys there when we were there if the kids want to play with a ball or something. They were also nice enough to let me print my tickets for the Wax Museum at the desk because it's cheaper when you buy online than when you purchase at the door. They had trouble with their printer, but they got it fixed and were as helpful as could be at getting those tickets printed for me. The whole inn is so well taken care of and landscaped so beautifully. Flowers hanging on the nice white porch. Sitting areas outside. Beautiful. I felt so comfortable there. It really was like a home away from home. I will go back as often as possible. Great job Bob and Linda!! Can't wait to come back and see you again soon!!

Hotel is clean, but dated. Inexpensive stay, which is what we were looking for. Close to everything in Branson. Breakfast was not good.

The Branson Ozarks Inn, now operating as a Days Inn by Wyndham, fit the bill perfectly. Location was a huge win -- the theatre was just a few blocks away, so we didn't have to deal with any hassle getting there. Check-in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. Is the place a little dated? Sure. But you can tell they're in the middle of making upgrades, and the effort shows. Our room was clean and comfortable, which is really all that matters for a one-night stay. We also appreciated the outdoor seating area -- a nice little touch for winding down after the show. This isn't a luxury resort and it doesn't pretend to be. At around $80 a night, you're getting solid value for your money, especially with how close it is to the theatre district. We'd absolutely stay here again next time Branson calls us back.

I booked this room well over a month ago and requested a very clean and quiet area room on the 1st or top floor. They did not have either and put me on the 3rd floor. I checked in for a five-night stay. I woke up on the second morning with bedbug bites all over my upper body. I informed the front desk, and they checked the room and found an infestation behind my headboard. They moved us from room 310 to 424 and took one night's charge off our bill. I asked for and got an incident report from the front desk and filled it out. The following day, I went to get it signed and was very rudely helped(?) by the Assistant. Mgr. (Kimberly Dixon). She grabbed the form and scribbled on it so hard that it ripped the form, and she just tossed it back to me. I decided to cut our trip short and check out a day early. Now, after I got home, I checked my credit card account, and they charged another $219.20. I immediately called the hotel to see what the additional charge was for. The front desk person I talked to said she did not know and to call back the next day to speak with the manager. A few minutes later, she called me and said the charge was for damage to the headboard caused by rubbing alcohol. I called the assistant manager the next day, and she said the same thing. She said that I sprayed rubbing alcohol on the headboard, damaging it. I asked her how she knew I sprayed alcohol. At first, she said she had a video recording of it, and I asked her if the hotel was recording my room. I asked her multiple times if my room was recorded. Then she started to change her story, saying that the housekeeper watched me spray. No way that happened since I always have the do not disturb sign on the door. And then she changed her story yet again that the housekeeper said that the headboard did not have any spots on it. She then stated that there would be no refund of the $219.20 and then hung up the phone. I came face to face with the manager and other desk personnel daily, and no one bothered to ask how I was doing or if I needed additional care. I have never suffered from bedbugs in my life, but I am still suffering from the itching and inflammation with mentally and physically exhausted from the entire experience. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not pay the $219.20 without any proof.. I have suffered, and this has caused me to shorten/ruin my trip. The managers and front desk personnel are very unkind, rude, and unprofessional. The appearance of the hotel is below Hampton Inn's standards. Would put -Stars if I could.

But in the morning, KIMBERLY D really helped me out when I needed to switch hotels from Branson, Missouri to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since I'm staying here on personal time and on Hilton Honors points. She allowed me to cancel my 2nd night and refunded my points since I checked out before 11am. She helped me out big time and made my stay pleasant. The area is super nice and clean. Though this hotel needs some updating in the room... it's not too bad... but the customer service makes up for it. 5 stars for a mediocre room should say something... because KIMBERLY D is a true professional

Yes yes, it's in the name itself, but somehow I did not see this or think anything of it since it's priced like a hotel. The room was small and did not have much to offer. Bathroom is tiny and there was a single sink.......two beds, 5 people, and 1 sink with enough room for two. It literally has a two sink sinktop but with only a single one cut out. . Beds are comfortable. The water park though! NOT ATTACHED. Just on the same property. You have to walk to the pool, water park, and other included activities. It's not a really long walk but it is an inconvenience. Water park: It wasn't bad. Water was colder than I thought it should've been. My kids were shivering lol. As was I. Then we went to the "fun place" down the road and played mini golf, go carts, games, and ate pizza. All of it was fun. The mini golf was black lit so it was a lot of fun. With me being Native American, I thought it was really cool they had a portion of art with natives. Obviously I took pics with them . Honestly, it's the motel that really threw me off. And the fact all these things aren't attached. Maybe I didn't read as well as I should have, but the photos are deceiving (not to say that's the intent). For the price I paid, I wouldn't expected a nicer room. I'm not too good for motels, nor do I have anything against them, but I prefer hotels and that's what I expected from the photos and explanation. They did provide all of the activities at the "fun place" which was nice. All in all, if it wasn't for the holiday package, with all the things included, I would've been incredibly disappointed. With that being said, that place wasn't my cup of tea, but if it is for you, I would recommend.
