As the waitress walked by, I asked if I could get pickles and mayo (both of which were missing from my hamburger). She brought them back quickly. My husband said that his burger was decent and hot. I could not say the same about mine. There is no possible way that my burger had just been made... NO WAY. It tasted and looked like it had been cooked earlier and then "reheated". I put reheated in quotes because my burger was not the least bit hot. Nothing about it was good. I ate a few bites but it was super tough, cold and had zero salt. I ate my fries and some of my husband's and I was done at that point. I know. I should have said something right then, but we were on our way to pick our daughter up and at that point I just wanted to leave. I saw my friend today (the one who told me about this place) and told him about my experience. He apologized and said he wasn't surprised.
