I brought my daughter out to lunch today with the intention of having a nice bite to eat before shopping. Unfortunately this visit fell short of appeasing her appetite. Her tenders were flavorless and so were the onion rings. We did have a nice appetizer of the ranchero tots. I ordered her a brownie sundae and that saved her meal. No manager, no one asked us how the meal was. My side salad, a blt chopped salad was wilted warm lettuce. This is how I left it. I was afraid of getting food poisoning due to the temperature. The wait staff has been pretty poor each time I visit. The manager needs to be involved in oversight here. We came in during shift change and the hostess was confused as to where to sit us. We were sat in a booth after she used a dirty wet rag to "wipe" the booth table and seats down. No one wants to sit on a wet seat. read more

When I had first come across this place, I am not sure what city in KY I had seen it in. The name was catchy like Bed, Bath & Beyond. I started remembering it as "Buffalo Wings, Rings, and Things." In fact, I think this name would be fitting because they are going for the seasoned wings and rings. The things could be the French fries and desserts. If this place takes that idea, I would like a commission...Lol. Of course, there is no Mandela Effect with this place. I self created it. Anyway, I was doing business in Somerset and decided to stop here and man, I am so glad I had taken advantage. They had a meal for under $10, 5 wings (drums) and 5 celery sticks. It was unique in that on their website, one could pick and choose drums from flats. I do not think any other wing place I have been to allows that. The wings were EXACTLY as I would have imagined. Compared to other places I have been to that sell wings (Buffalo Wild Wings, Wingstop, Zaxby's, etc.); I would state that it would be ranked just behind Wingstop and just over Zaxby's. Buffalo Wild Wings would be ranked last (when I was in college at UK, I thought Buffalo Wild Wings had it down and man was I wrong). We had the Wings! Of Course! Garlic Parmesan and Teriyaki! Garlic Parmesan is a must if you are a Garlic Fan! They were wonderful! The Teriyaki were good but not exceptional! We love Teriyaki and are very picky above our Teriyaki so on these I would say try yourself! They were Gods! The service was good. We went on a non busy night. It's a Sports Type Restaurant/Bar in my opinion. So if that's what you are interested in it's awesome but it's great to just eat if you don't want to watch a game! Tuesday is wings night. Nicole was our server and so very professional and personable. She was familiar with the menu and great at upselling. I was thinking French fries with my wings but she suggested the aoli and parmesan fries, which were like a party in my mouth. I was unsure of the wing flavors. Nicole listened, gave suggestions, and brought flavor samples. I was even more impressed when I was told I could order the flat wings only ( not the drumsticks). 8 of us ate here tonight- it's worthy. Service was fast, food was delicious. I had the grilled buffalo chicken club and it's just great! Grilled chicken with buffalo sauce on an upgraded bun. Nice! One issue, the bacon was undercooked. Bacon on a sandwich should always be crispy. (My bad, I didn't ask for it that way.) It gets a recommend from me like all the Buffalo Wings and Rings! read more

We ordered our carryout food online and the process was very simple and easy to complete! The curbside pickup service was very convenient and fast! The curbside server was very friendly and helpful with getting all of our requested condiments and extra napkins! We ordered the $5 cheeseburger and fries and it was delicious! This special is available Monday they Friday during lunch! The burger was flavorful and the fries were cooked perfectly! The fries dipped in ranch are outstanding! We usually order wings when we are at Buffalo Wings & Rings but their cheeseburgers are definitely another great option! read more

Good place for quick lunch, the service is good. Pretzel Bite and Sauce are the item to get..... Chicken is great and not dry as the common issues in the area with other chicken places. Sauces range from a Sweet Thai Chili to HOT HOT sauce, something for every taste range. read more

Upon entering we were greeted by no one however there was a huddle of about five girls watching us take a seat. Then they still ignored us while waiting for the server Brandon to come from the kitchen and greet us. Not drop off a menu or anything. Service from Brandon was quick and efficient with a great personality. We had been just about ready to walk out. Please let. Those loafers understand they are in the hospitality business regardless whether it's their section or their job to wait on a particular customer. Great food and ice sports like atmosphere. Great place to have a beer and watch a game or have dinner after church. Takes longer than normal to get you food when it's ordered but it is worth the wait so I still recommend it. read more

Love the Buffalo boneless wings with medium heat! The blue cheese dressing is the best ever! However, the Saratoga chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil or was just old. I haven't had that experience at other BW&R ever. This is reason 1 for a 3 star rating. My husband had the natural cut fries with his wings that were very good. He also loves the Black and Bleu burger. Reason 2 is our waitress didn't offer any drink refills or check on us one time. I had to flag down one of the hostesses to get drinks. Our waitress was in direct sight at the bar with her back to us on her phone. Bad business! I will go to BW&R again because I love there food and sauces. read more

I normally get wings (peach habanero) but like to mix it up with the swine chips that rock, the amazing burgers and the specialty menu every couple of months. The staff has always been great and service is great. I love just ordering drums for "wings " not a flats fan at all. Today I did a door dash order with wings and rings. Ordered 3 items and 2 sides of ranch total on doordash was $51 and some change..... the order gets to my house, I open it, the 2 extra ranch I PAID FOR wasn't in there, the burger had a looong black/brown hair in it. I was disappointed and disgusted. Gave the burger to my dog, didn't eat anything else from it either. Lost $50 and went to town myself to get food elsewhere. I order from here ALOT and never had am issue. Tonight was terrible tho. Probably won't ever doordash here again. $50 and not get what I wanted / paid for ......no deal. read more

I am trying to order from this restaurant for the first time. I called to place an order for pick up. A woman answered and said sure just one minute. I thought she was looking for a pen maybe. Without another word I'm on hold and I have been on hold now for 20 minutes. I'm writing this review while on hold literally. I would obviously never order from this restaurant at this point but I just want to know how long it will take before my call is answered. Guess I'm at about 25 minutes now. Who would hold this long and ever order from a business that is allowed to operate like this. If these places would pay a little more, maybe they could get better quality employees. We dined on patio and they have a trailer with a sound system to play music. the last Saturday of the month is old car tour down the main drag so we got to see really cool cars. Lots of beer on tap and food was good. Lots of variety but but was not worth the money. read more

This place calls itself a sports bar and yet we wait over 30 mins to be told they can't get a prime time game for which they have NFL Sunday ticket. This was after they told us we need to be able to provide them with the channel of the game‍. Usually hit this establishment late on Sunday evenings when most other places are closed/closing. They have a good selection of domestic beer and a number of my go to IPAs. I typically get wings, but have had the mushroom burger. Quite tasty. Also had the fish and chips once, it was also very good despite the fish being one giant chunk of fish. Not really a complaint though. :) This place is quickly becoming a regular place for me to visit. read more

It had been some time since we had grabbed a takeout order from this restaurant. I purchased two sandwiches, fish and chips, a salad, and cauliflower wings. The good: my son liked his salmon sandwich although it wasn't made as ordered; and my husband liked his fish. The bad: both my son and I had the homemade chips, and they tasted like old grease had been used. My grilled chicken sandwich had no seasoning and seemed to be barely cooked. My husbands Caesar salad was inedible, and so was the slaw. Bottom line, I think that I've been generous by giving them two stars. They have parking spots set up for orders to be brought out to cats, but I had to go inside to get my order. We will not be returning to this restaurant. read more

I sat at the bar, and watched two different employees grab orange slices with their bare hands. First, a server, that apparently was a little hungry. She stood there and ate two. Next, the bartender grabs one with her bare hands, and placed it in someone's beer. Haha! And while I have typed this short review, the same server came back for seconds! Incredible! Very disappointed. Went with a friend- we both ordered 10 wings, one order in sauce and one order with out. They brought both orders in sauce but said they would take care of it. My buddy waited a good while and I finally told him to go ahead and eat. By the time he had two left I went to find the waiter and see where my food was. They finally brought it out and I suggested to the waiter that they take care of the bill. (BTW, the wings were pretty small and overcooked - not very good). He said the mgr would be over. The mgr did come over and with some prompting said he would take half off the bill - I asked him it that was enough and he admitted that he could take it all off and I suggested that would be appropriate. I was thinking he was comping the entire meal but in the end he only removed mine from the bill. We did eat the wings but he had a chance to do the right thing and chose not too. Kind of sad but there are lots better places to eat in and around Somerset so small loss I guess. Won't be back. read more

Husband got the dry rub and I got the sweet Thai chili, both were good. We also got the appetizer sampler.
