This spa is truly top notch, and the variety of services in this space is amazing. You truly feel like you are in Beverly Hills or something, it's that nice. The women who work here are also so fun and truly like each other, which just creates a bubbly fun environment. Brittany is a master of what she does. I have had a few bad lash lifts in the past, and she was honest with me that there was still some damage and that she wasn't going to let the solution sit for as long in order to protect them. I feel like that was really fair and nice of her to protect me like that. I also got a brow lamination and WOW! I have seen so many overly fluffy/glued brows and been scared, but she made them look so natural. I also just genuinely enjoyed being around her- her positivity is infectious. Brittany had reached out to me same day after I had scheduled my appointments online, and provided all the details on the services I was requesting to make sure it was what I was wanting. This made me feel so much better about getting each procedure done. The day of, she walked me through the process, and took her time finding the right colors. I was nervous about going darker on the lips at first, so I went with a lighter color. She put plenty of treatment on the brows and lips, and felt no pain during each procedure. She also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Immediately after, there was very minimal swelling which went away within 24-48 hours. I recommend following the healing directions she hands out at the end with the care kit she provides. I was so happy with my results, she totally nailed the look that I wanted!!! I did get complimentary touch-ups with the combo packages I chose (which I also recommend). She was flexible on the scheduling, and I decided I wanted to go darker on the lips. Brittany was totally accommodating to all my wants and needs, making sure that I was happy. She also checked in with me after both visits to follow up with any questions I had, and to make sure my healing process was going smoothly. She suggested adding a very subtle lower liner at the same time, in order to make my eyes appear bigger. I loved the finished look and was very happy to have the addition of the lower liner! Since then, I've had a combination of diagnoses resulting in massive hair loss...including my eyelashes! My coloring is very fair and without being able to see much hair, not wanting to glue on eyelashes, but wanting to be able to have more visible facial features, I went back to see Pam to have my eyeliners enhanced a bit more. Once again, my results were perfect and exactly what I wanted - not too dark and not too extreme! Next, we're going to look at scalp micropigmentation!

Unfortunately my tattoo didn't turn out great and instead of taking responsibility the blame was put on me and my skin. I have 20+ tattoos and followed after care protocol, stayed out of the sun, no swimming etc. Also, touch ups are $100 just a heads up. This was not communicated until after I reached out about a touch up. Most tattoo shops do complimentary touch ups so I would recommend looking elsewhere. (Edited: touch ups are $105)
