It was my first time getting pierced as an adult and was very nervous. Ally was very patient, calm, knowledgeable and great overall. It was sudden and devastating. I had an inspo photo and had a good idea what I wanted. I went in and spoke to a few of the artists, and appreciated their honesty that they were not comfortable doing my memorial piece. They recommended Veronica because she is a skilled artist and felt she would be best for my vision . They were right. As soon as I spoke with her and told her my vision, she didn't hesitate and was completely comfortable with what I had in mind. I still have to do some touch ups but the foundation is exactly what I had envisioned
