The email I finally got from the office asst. said to come by and pick up the keys to view the property so I did. Even though I read their reviews and they didn't sound very promising. The woman who gave me the keys was pleasant enough. I went to the property and saw it wasn't really ready to be viewed, there were dead bugs everywhere and the appliances were pulled in to the middle of the kitchen. Not the best first impression. Would have been much better if they told me to wait until it was ready. The office asst. seemed a little standoffish when I returned the keys and asked a few questions. I emailed her a question again later and it took about a week to get a reply, based on my experience and the reviews I read I can imagine what it would be like trying to get in touch with them if I needed something after signing the lease. So I found a place to rent somewhere else.
