Spent well over $300 in gas, random fishing tackle, food, and liquor in the connected LQ during a car camping trip in the area. While my buddies were in the store, making more purchases, the shop owner said something to the extent of "Look at that a**hole stuffing his garbage in our cans." That a**hole was me, their customer. I put an average grocery bag, granted it was stuffed, of trash from our vehicle into the trash cans located next to their pumps. It's not like I had lawn and leaf bags full that I was dumping into their green dumpster. I kept those full bags in the storage of my suv until I was home in Denver. To anyone from out of state, these people do not represent the good natured small business owners across our state and I'm sorry if you're treated with contempt for using the services they offer. There are better prices and service at any of the other stations and businesses in town. I'll buy all our liquor and supplies in Denver, Winterpark, or Estes and I'll buy fuel anywhere else should I need it. I'll make sure to stop by and really stuff the can next time through this summer. DON'T SPEND MONEY HERE read more
