Turnout was phenomenal so lines were fairly long but went rather quickly. Our first choice was SILO Food Truck's Telekinetic Fried Chicken, perfectly crunchy chicken leg juicy tender center topped with a slightly spicy sauce and served with pickled carrots and white onions, tantalized the taste buds with the complimentary spice, sweet, and light pickle flavors. This truck will see me again! Followed that up with a grilled apple cider donut topped with apple pie topping and homemade cinnamon whipped cream from Glazed and Confused, (Bees wanted to share but I scarfed and swatted and ate the whole thing- smack smack slurp)the people's voted number one for sweet, and lastly real Italian ice from Muzzi's Italian Ice, perfect lemon and as authentic as it gets! And to think it all started with a dream a real dream that this is what they should do. Glad that dream happened! And these great people were the judges choice for sweet!! There's a small little dining area for patrons to sit and there is table service as well, or you can order at the walk up windows where the big ice cream signs are. It's a simple, small building, decorated like similar drive in restaurants of the 50s. We had a seat and took a look at the menu and they have a surprisingly good amount of choices. I chose a buffalo chicken wrap, my buddy chose a cheesesteak and my wife got an order of loaded fries. Our food was brought quickly and was all very good. My wrap was made well, chunks of chicken throughout the entire wrap, sauce nicely with a decent spicy buffalo kick to it. My friend enjoyed his cheesesteak very much, and my wife enjoyed her fries. They have a thicker fry, which I'm not usually a fan of, but they were crispy and seasoned well. All the employees were extremely friendly as well. Now, this isn't mind blowing culinary creations here. These are simple, time tested American style dishes, but Happy Days does them well. My buddy also got a milkshake and my wife got an ice cream cone and they were both happy with them. For 2 meals, a side of loaded fries, 3 drinks, a milkshake and an ice cream cone was just under $40, and you DEFINITELY can't complain about the price! More than fair for everything we got.
