Also, 4 out of the 6 Black Hill Spruce trees planted were put in crooked. All we are asking is that he honor his policy and replace the 5 Golden privet shrubs and straighten up the crooked Black Hill Spruce trees. By ignoring our calls and texts this will NOT go away. There has to be a better way to treat your good customers. Their customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. Once they have your money, you no longer matter.
