I found this company through home advisor booked 3 weeks in advance. Spoke to a customer service…read morerep. When I booked the service told her how many heat registers and returns I had to the best of my knowledge not booking from home. They never called to confirm count prior to arriving on property. Also received a text at 7 am the morning of service. Way too early. When they arrived went around to count registers and returns with the company. Come to find out I missed 3 , my mistake. Then they said they could not do service in the3-4 hour time frame and increased my charge as well. I adjusted my work schedule for this as well. Needless to say I was not happy. Got on the phone right away to find another company. Found one that came the next day and did not charge by the register counts and was a flat fee. My recommendation is that the company confirms information prior to arrival.
