As a local i came to this location to wash my new car.. I have used the self service bays a few…read moretimes and that takes time to learn that the turn button has to be turned past the line that you need to activate that wash, the vacuums don't work and the stalls don't take credit or debit cards like new washes in this county. Today I decided to use the automatic wash because it was cold, paid 14.00 for the "best wash" and was left with soap all on my car and had to pull into self service to finish rinsing it. I put in 5.00 in quarters bc I also had to scrub it bc the auto wash didn't do a job at all! As a business owner myself with many retail locations in Sevier County, you have to put money into your business to make money, and these people are just taking money and putting nothing back into this dump. They aren't even remotely trying to stay relevant. I would love to have my 19.00 back.

After my Son got Cheese puffs all over the backseat of my car, I KNEW i needed a good vacuum. I was hoping and praying that the vacuums worked well at this location. I was a little skeptical, because there wasn't as much as Knoxville. When I yanked that puppy out, I was SO surprised with how well they worked!! I just HAD to say something to Him on How great they worked. He then informed me that they take Great pride in them, because he went up on the roof and cleaned them out. He told me that he pretty much spent the whole day cleaning them out so they would work as well as they did. Special thanks to Hardworking Aaron. Without Him as an Asset, the vacuums would probably be garbage. Aaron is such a Great asset to your team. Another asset of fantastic customer service is a Team member named Lawrence. Lawrence fixed me and my Hubby up with a great little sponge brush bath before entering the wash itself. With a warm smile all the time and a hard working work ethic standing out in the hot Sun, Aaron and Lawrence are the "Dream Team" and they make having a membership worthwhile!
