He comes to where you are and will wash your car and clean the interior. Plan to be where you are for a few hours because when he cleans my car he works on anywhere from 2-5 hours. When I said I was just going to wait, he expressed concern, because it was going to take about 4 hours to do a complete detail job. He even offered for one of the employees to drop me off somewhere. I chose to wait & was very comfortable doing so. Periodically, Mack would pop in to give me an update on the progress. When my car was finished, the first word I said was "WOW!!!
