I went in to return and believed I had the receipt emailed. It was not sent to my email. The girl said I couldn't return without a receipt. I went home, found my receipt and returned the next day. Now, they said I could not return the bodysuit/cami but accepted the skirt for return. They said it was against store policy to return bodysuits. I find this interesting because you can try them on in the store with no problem but you can't return it even though it has the tags attached and was not worn.

It was our favorite wine of the day in our wine flight. Wines We Love: Plum Crazy - Plum muscadine wine. White Sangria - Good fruity sweet wine, perfect for the summer! Crystal Dreams - Strawberry muscadine wine. Cherry Smash - I definitely get tart cherry, not as sweet as the other sweet wines they have, but still enjoyable. Summer Breeze - A nice light sweet white wine. Windsorberry - A nice light sweet blueberry wine. Apple Mead - Apples and cinnamon. Enjoyable, but I have to be in the mood for this one as it is not an everyday wine for me. Snow Cream - Vanilla muscadine wine. You can definitely taste the vanilla, but I really enjoyed sipping on this on a warm day. Another one I have to be in the mood for as it is not an everyday wine for me. Fortified Wines We Love: Midnight Run/Midnight Run Grand Reserve - You can definitely taste the difference in these and we prefer the Grand Reserve, but both are very good. Hillbilly Holiday Honey Moon (This has not been in rotation in awhile, so I'm not sure if it will be made again). They also offer great slushies which can be part of the wine flight. My husband did the distillery tour this time and he really enjoyed the background information plus the samples that he got to try. They give you tips for pairing as well. Service is always great when we come - they are dog friendly! Highly recommend this winery if you are in the area.

When I do, I have frequently shopped the location inside Carolina place mall in Charlotte, NC for cute outfits. Needless to say, I had my last experience in the store due to a disrespectful employee and response from their district manager. I arrived to the store on a Saturday around 11:30a/12:00p, it was beginning to get busy as you would expect on a Saturday. Upon entering I looked around for a dress for a family wedding out of town and some cute outfits for other nights. I had about 5 dresses and 5 full outfits to try on. I waited in the area near the fitting rooms for a while, there were 3 people in line to pay and others waiting for fitting rooms, but no one able to find an associate. There are no carts, bags, or benches anywhere to sit heavy items down and only 3 of the 6 fitting rooms open (3 of which had a small piece of white receipt paper torn off with "closed" written on them and taped to the door). After waiting for what seemed like forever, unable to find an associate and the 3 rooms being occupied, my arm was giving out so I attempted to open the "closed" room and the door was unlocked. As soon as I walked in and sat my items on the bench, an associate appeared out of nowhere and when I opened the door, her response was, "don't you know how to read? It says closed." I understand being short staffed as many places are now, I understand being over worker and tired, but I'm sorry I will not tolerate blatant disrespect like that. I simply responded, yes I did see that, but I couldn't find anyone to ask if I could use it and my arm was tired with all these clothes. Is there a reason these 3 are closed? They were just open last week. Her response, "I don't have to give you a reason, an eye roll, and she walked away." Under my breath, I said, "wow, what a bitch." At this point I was so frustrated with the way she was talking to me. I came out, waiting for about 10 minutes for a fitting room, tried on my items, and my husband tried to pay for them. She would not let my husband pay because SHE was rude, then got her feelings hurt because I responded back to her level of rudeness. Not only that, she was African American, I am Caucasian and when I came out of the fitting room, she had allowed an African American woman into the fitting rooms she wouldn't allow me into. So, now not only was she rude, I had spent over an hour in the store and couldn't purchase my items, and she appeared to be nothing other than racist toward me. I will be sure to spread the word about this location and the disrespect and racism I was treated with. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Side note, the company apparently has a policy where she does not have to provide her name, so I couldn't even call and report her individually. All I can do is provide a photo of her backside. The associate supposedly spoke to her district manager who said I was banned from that location. What kind of company bans a customer, without speaking to the customer, AND when I did not harm anyone, made no threats, damaged nothing, did not make a scene, etc. STAY AWAY!!

I stopped by Windsor Jewelers in SouthPark and yes it was the same issue. The sales associate took the time to explain in better detail what was happening with Rolexes and offered me different options but I declined. I did get out in their waiting list so I'll see what happens and update when necessary. Overall, the customer service was great and the selection of watches and fine piece jewelry was nice. Most of the original stores have left or changed some how, but it basically looks the same as it did. Strip mall, broken up into different sections. Major clothing stores, knick knack places, restaurants, hotel in the middle. The faces and names have changed, some things have gotten a facelift. But it all somehow remains the same.

The thing that caught my attention while looking around was the wide assortment of non Rolex Swiss timepieces this jeweler offers. Along with the wide range of price points, from entry level to ultra high end. After getting my watch serviced and talking with the gentleman helping me, he showed me a few new watches, all beautiful timepieces. No pressure at all, we had a great conversation about swiss watches, and their dominance in the timepiece market overall. I looked at a couple stellar Omega and IWC pieces and then spotted the Tag in the case and it stood out to me. I have a couple Tags already and had not really thought about another one but, after our conversation and then going for lunch with my friend, I was still thinking about that Grand Carrera and we made a trip back to the store.
