The staff were really nice, the salon was clean, and the prices were very reasonable. I went here with a friend for a girl's day out (we both got pedicures) and I was really impressed. Beautiful space, lovely people, but two of my gels came off the same day. Went back the second day and they fixed it, happily. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. One nail came right off within 4 hours and then three more nails off within 24 hours. Shellac nails. $75 (after tip) to have my nails fall off. Too bad because I really liked them. read more

Very unprofessional My friend and I went in about a week ago and two days after one of my nails broke and they were all lumpy and And they didn't push back my cuticles or get me to wash my hands before they put the polish on they are very unprofessional they have estheticians working there who aren't even qualified read more

Came in with a bridal party with a good feeling about this place... It took over 2 hours for the lady doing my nails to complete a basic acrylic set with a French tip- the nail tech seemed very nervous and inexperienced. After all that time and numerous coats of polish, my nails were left lumpy, uneven, and there were chunks of acrylic all under the nails and on my cuticles. I felt awkward asking her to fix them over and over again but they were just so bad. The lady who appeared to be the owner and another tech actually had to step in and make sure everything was ok, as the salon was closing and she still hasn't finished my set. Another tech offered to redo them for me for free the following day, but I can't see myself returning after that experience. Too bad, as it was a very clean, nice looking salon and the other ladies working there were friendly. read more

I really wanted to like this spot - it had great decor and the photos I had seen of nails done here made me convinced this was the place for me. Unfortunately I left pretty disappointed. I've been getting gel nails for years and am very familiar with the process and time it takes for a fill. I was in the salon for close to two hours and only got a single colour of shellac put on my nails. The tech doing my nails seemed very nervous with the uv gel filler and even though she sanded them down they were so bumpy. In addition there were two employees chatting at the reception and I really felt like they were way too loud for the atmosphere and they were just gossiping about their lives the whole time I was there which seemed so unprofessional to me. I went and got my nails redone somewhere else 2 days later. If you're looking for a decent job I wouldn't recommend going here. read more

Love my nails from Luxe Nails. I brought my daughter (8) and we both had a relaxing pedicure. She chose a fading nail art, and I chose a decorative swirl. I love that you can get a different design when you come here, which will stand apart from anywhere else. No cookie cutter nails here! And... I have had them on for over 4 weeks and there is no peeling or cracking. I would definitely give these guys a thumbs up. Vivian is the nail artist that I chose. read more

This place sucks. So unorganized and all over the place. Ever since the new owners took over, all of the original girls are gone and it's now your typical asian chop shop. I was cut more than once and my nails were breaking off after a few days. Highly NOT recommended. read more
