On my way home, I decided to stop by Napa to see if they have what I needed. I was instantly greeted by an employee who asked what I needed help with and when I explained to him what I needed, he took me to the desk and told his co worker what I needed. OK that's great customer service!! I bought a rear windshield wiper and the employee who was helping me at the desk offered to put it on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the wiper mechanism must really need to be ordered from the dealership because it wouldn't fit, but the employee has the idea if I didn't need my old blade, he could switch out the rubber blades using the same holder that fits. I told him that I didn't need the old blade and he switched out the blades. I was really impressed with his customer service and how nice all the employees were at Napa! This company really understands how to treat their customers. They have definitely made a customer for life!

Immediately I was greeted with someone asking if I needed help. After explaining that I didn't know which hardware I needed, he directed me to someone who could help. This gentleman walked out to my car, took a look, and confirmed that it was a screw that I needed. We walked back into the store and he found just what I needed. I expected him to ring me up. Instead, he walked back out to my car. I'm thinking "oh, okay, he's going to make sure they're a good fit before I buy the whole bag." But no, this guy gets the screw out of the bag, and fixes my bumper for me!!! He even went back inside and grabbed a tool to make sure it was secure. Napa exceeded my expectations today, and I assure you that I will be back!
