No one, not even friends of the family, has ever been as helpful to me and my car as Edgar is. You can go where your family and friends go, or you can go to the place where they really know what a car needs, and what it doesn't need, and what you as a customer want. In the office, Edgar and Tom are both helpful and friendly, giving me good advice on how to go about getting a lot of repairs done on a used car I bought almost two years ago. I couldn't get all the necessary repairs done all at once, but Edgar knew what was critical to do first, and what could wait a little longer. So I've been going here almost two years now, getting what I need a little at a time. And now everything is done so I'm ready for my emissions testing coming up early next year. And I can drive it anywhere, anytime, without worrying about stalling or breaking down. There was one thing Edgar didn't want to fix for me, and for good reason. He found out my car was subject to a recall, so I took it in to a Nissan dealer and got the sensors causing driveability problems replaced for free. While Edgar's the best of mechanics for price, quality, and service, he wasn't authorized to do those factory recalls for Nissan. So he wanted to let me get those repairs done for free at the dealer rather than make the money for himself. It takes an honest man in an honest shop to tell me he wants me to save the money, which I don't have a lot of, by getting the recall repair for free. Then when the dealer said I needed one more thing after the recall repairs, I went back to Aurora AutoPros, and Edgar gave me a really good price on that repair, getting me back on the road right away. You gotta love these guys. They're amazing.

They are trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, very accommodating and friendly. Today I went in for my oil change and regular auto maintenance. I also had all my filters changed and my new tires realigned. I dropped off my car at 9 AM and Edgar, the owner was kind & dropped me back off at my home during my service so that I could work from home for the rest of the day. Then when the car was ready for pick up Edgar came back to my house and picked me up. Such amazing & generous customer service. Even if the staff was not available to do a pick up and drop off, they also offered a rideshare service if needed. This is a huge lifesaver for me and super accommodating of my chaotic work schedule. I always feel safe in my vehicle after picking up my car for maintenance. I know I have a reliable vehicle when my car is serviced here. I also love that they use different apps and technology to explain the services, show the repairs needed or maintenance required options for your car. Jose and Andrew at the front of house of the shop are amazing and also make the whole experience convenient and a breeze. I have also called the shop for other referral services. They referred me to a local glass shop and I had an exceptional experience. I've been spoiled my whole life and always had family members that are mechanics in HI help with my car maintenance and it's really nice to have a mechanic shop in CO that you can trust like family. This shop takes so much pride in their work and customer service, which is why they have such an incredible reputation. Not only are they an exceptional auto shop, they are also very community minded and huge advocates for the small business community in Aurora, Colorado. I was instantly greeted by an employee who asked what I needed help with and when I explained to him what I needed, he took me to the desk and told his co worker what I needed. OK that's great customer service!! I bought a rear windshield wiper and the employee who was helping me at the desk offered to put it on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the wiper mechanism must really need to be ordered from the dealership because it wouldn't fit, but the employee has the idea if I didn't need my old blade, he could switch out the rubber blades using the same holder that fits. I told him that I didn't need the old blade and he switched out the blades. I was really impressed with his customer service and how nice all the employees were at Napa! This company really understands how to treat their customers. They have definitely made a customer for life!

Immediately I was greeted with someone asking if I needed help. After explaining that I didn't know which hardware I needed, he directed me to someone who could help. This gentleman walked out to my car, took a look, and confirmed that it was a screw that I needed. We walked back into the store and he found just what I needed. I expected him to ring me up. Instead, he walked back out to my car. I'm thinking "oh, okay, he's going to make sure they're a good fit before I buy the whole bag." But no, this guy gets the screw out of the bag, and fixes my bumper for me!!! He even went back inside and grabbed a tool to make sure it was secure.
