I had a large, approximately 5' x 7' tempered glass Solex window explode early on a Saturday evening. A different company had been making numerous excuses for not getting a replacement window. When that other company finally showed up with glass that didn't fit after waiting almost a month, I canceled them and called Century Glass & Interiors. Maybritt was so helpful on the phone and told me that Solex glass was available though the other company claimed it was no longer being made. Joe came out and took measurements the day after the other company showed up with the wrong size glass. He was very precise in taking measurements in all areas of the window. About a week later, the glass arrived and the installation went very smoothly. Joe took the time to add extra caulking and they cleaned up all the broken glass that was still in the frame. They did an absolutely excellent job and I definitely would use this business again. I highly recommend them.

I stated okay that is fine and she stated that she would get back with me. So I gave it a week and called the following Thursday to check to see if she was able to speak with the contractors. She cut me off and stated that she had left a voice message; however, I did not have a voicemail or even a missed call so I provided my number again. She stated that he had some availability in about a hour if I would be home. I said great and the guy showed up within the hour. He examined my window and stated that he would have to come back Friday or Saturday with a ladder to check out my roof. I stated great I will be home all day on both days. He stated the office would give me a call to set it up. I provided him with my number to make sure that they had the correct number on file. I never heard anything else and didn't even bother following up because of the poor customer service. If my house was too far, job too small or they were too busy I would rather be told that than ignored. Glad I was able to find another company that was able to repair my roof leak and sheetrock removal/replacement.

We had our roof replaced in Oct 2008 when IKE hit the area. The work was done well and we were…read morepleased. A few years later, small leak and Paul was quick to respond, take a look and make some repairs at a minor cost. 10 years later, we are selling and the buyers inspector has a roofing company come out and they recommend a whole new roof and that the shingles are defective and will only last 1-2 years. I text Paul with details, he calls me back within 30 minutes, has my file and looked at the inspection report. He has Ted come out within 3 hours, gets on the roof and documents any issues which defunct the issue that the shingles were in bad shape at all. The roof will last another 7-8 years. Knowing our option period ends next day, Ted heads to the office and produces an estimate, clearly documents the roof is in good shape and outlines how we can transfer the warranty to the new owner after close. I was very happy with the quick response, the quality of their assessment and the timeline of producing what we needed to educate the buyer. Thanks Paul and Ted.

I did regrettably did business with Billy's Plumbing back in June. They told me my water softener…read morewas broken which we need because we are on a well system. He unhooked the water softener and i paid him 6000 dollars for a water softener and installation neither of which were ever received. The softener is necessary as we have a well and the water has heavy sulfur content. So now my kids have been having to bath in dirty water which I made the company aware of which didn't prompt any more urgency at all. On top of all this i had to contact the company that built my water softener and they said it wasn't broken in the first place but sitting and not being hooked up has caused it to need parts replaced so now that has costed me another 800 dollars. I'm just glad i didn't pay to replace the water heater and well pump like he said i should. We found out those were both fine as well. We have currently sent him an official letter to give him one last chance to remedy this before I am forced to sue him. I will leave an update once i get resolution. I would strongly urge people to avoid working with these people. It really hurts when you trust someone like that. Not only with your money but with your families health and safety and then they completely take advantage of you.
