I called mid week to ask about potentially rescheduling due to rain (thankfully Sunday was beautiful and we didn't need to!) and the person I spoke to was so nice and relaxed about the whole situation. They are extremely understanding and flexible about weather related changes which put my mind totally at ease. The bouncy house arrived on time, in amazing condition and was promptly taken down without any issues or disruptions. The bouncy house seemed almost brand new, it was in such great condition. The kids had a blast, which made for an easy party for the parents. I researched several options before deciding to go with this group and found that Fiesta time had better pricing and an easier ordering process (some of the other sites were very confusing once you got to the checkout stage). For our outdoor/Marquis Tent Wedding in November 2018, we used them for our Lighting, Sounds, and DJ Services. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. During the initial consultation, Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of the wedding related questions that we had. He was also able to give us some great advice and helpful recommendations given his previous experience working with numerous weddings. Brian was very creative and paid so much attention to detail with every aspect of our wedding. The sound during the ceremony was crisp. I can't tell you how many people came up later on, and said that they could hear absolutely everything even though it may have been difficult to see everything. We had a wedding of 300 people outdoors, so it can be difficult at times, but Brian was able to accommodate and appease everyone. For the reception, music was pumping, and Brian situated the speakers in a way that didn't take focus away from the wedding décor. He had a variety of songs that entertained and appealed to the crowd. The place was bumpin' when it was time to party!! In addition to that, Brian did our LIGHTING as well. Our wedding was freakin' BEAUTIFUL!!! He LIT that thing up! The pin lighting on our Flower centerpieces at each table looked classy and glamorous. Our Marquis Tent was bright and caught everyone's attention. He adjusted the lighting during the dinner, speeches, and the reception to accommodate for the mood. Not only can I choose the color, but I can finesse the color to the shade of that color. It's not just red or blue or green. That makes a world of difference! The color wheel on the remote control is fabulous! If I want, I can make it a specific tone of aqua by just scrolling around with my fingertip. I usually use a candle light Amber soft golden color. Other units like American DJ, etc. are just the color but not the shade of the color. Brian always ships them on time and it comes with a return label and after my party, the next day, I just drop them off at the nearest UPS. Easy! On the day of the party, Stephanie and Steve arrived on site and quickly set up our combo moonbounce (with slide & hoop inside). They helped us secure our personal banner and were patient throughout the process. The moonbounce was a big hit for our kiddos and was the perfect size. Cash or check is preferred to avoid fees on either end - their prices are typical for the area.
